Sullivan picks a chair up above his head and directs it at Ivy who is temporarily frozen in place. It is launched into the air as she moves to the left before the chair splinters onto the floor, "Stop." I yell, my voice booming over the chaos, "Everyone sits down in a damn chair so we can get this meeting over with."

Woods enters the room with a mixture of our people and Sullivans as they all stare at the chair, "It was just a misunderstanding." Sullivan reasons, as Ivy who sits away from all of us scoffs. Everyone takes a seat, "Of course Mr. Sullivan, we all understand that sometimes our actions can come off misleading." a man calls.

You've got to be kidding me.

"Sir, you do understand that this is a business meeting, not a fan club, if you'd like an autograph you can wait outside with the paparazzi." I mock, the man's face contorting. "You should be appreciative that I came, unlike the other Vipers I didn't mourn for the people slaughtered in your warehouse," he exclaims again. "Maybe you should have." Ivy's unamused tone echoed across the room, and a few chuckles sounded from around me. "I don't take that kind of disrespect lightly." he chimes.

"Back to the meeting plans, Ivory would like to do a little speech." Sullivan projects his voice across the room. Ivy stands up, leaning on the table for support, "I think you guys will resonate with this speech the way I do, I spent countless hours last night ensuring it was perfect." she sarcastically states as Sullivan looks with pride, I couldn't help but silently chuckle myself.

"Let me address the elephant in the room, you don't know why you're here, I don't know why we're here. Does anyone have a clue?" she asks as the room murmurs. The guy from earlier raises his hand as she overlooks him for a few seconds.

"Enlighten us, Dante," she answers.

"We're here because we are establishing a treaty based on the peace of both Chicago and innocent families involved with this increasing threat." he finished, Sullivan began to clap, and Ivy just began to laugh.

"Oh that's a good one, I guess knowing Hank for seven years versus seven days shows. Hank isn't a bit strategized, he's lucky he can even tie his shoes or, better yet make any decision on his own." she finishes maintaining eye contact with Sullivan. "To end this wonderful speech I would like to say everyone go home, get some beauty rest, meeting adjourned." the room begins to erupt in applause.

Sullivan shoots up from his chair, "We aren't done." he screams, "That's tough, but I said the meeting adjourned, so the meetings adjourned." she says slowly creeping out of the room on the crutches. "Wipe that stupid smirk off your face." Sullivan glances over at me, "What smirk?" I tease smiling as Dante and Sullivan leave the room, muttering a bunch of inaudible words. "I think that was a success," Marco says.

"Oh absolutely, I don't think that could've gone much better." I add as we both slightly smile. We exit the room after everybody leaves only to find Ivy sitting at the bar with Woods.
