Suneetha maa slowly looked at as ...smiled shaking her head at Amara's behaviour and stated "I was asked to call u guys for lunch ....everyone are waiting ...and Nalini ma'am is also here "
Amara sighed and looked at her watch ..."ok....we will come in a few minutes "...she stated ...with that Suneetha maa nodded "ok beta "....and left the room closing the door behind her .....
She then placed her head back on my shoulder and began reading again...I frowned and asked "Aren't we supposed to go down ?"
She then looked at me and stated "We r ...but I need to complete this chapter ...or else ..my curious ass couldn't handle it "
That made me laugh and I stated "ok then...let me wrap it up for now "...I too began completing reviewing this page so that I can do the rest after lunch ....
After few minutes I and Amara headed to the dining room together ....
Amara's pov:
As we headed to the dining table together ....there was dead silence in the room...Priya Aunty ..Sharad Uncle and that old lady were present already eating in silence ....why so serious?
I just threw a namaste to that old lady and My husband ....he didn't even bother to do that ....which made it hard for me to control myself from laughing ...
I mean don't get me wrong ....respect doesn't simply come from one's age ....it need to be earned ....
We both just acted non chalant to their peircing stares and simply sat in our chairs and the maids began serving us lunch .....we began eating without even glancing at them....
And as we began they simply stopped eating and began staring at us....I observed this from my peripheral vision...well....their loss....the food is getting cold....
And suddenly there's some tap sound.....oh god ...here it is ...this old lady started with her drama again ...
She just hit the dining table loudly with her palm to gain our attention towards her ...what the fuck is wrong with her ...doesn't it hurt ...she could ve simply called our names....duh?
I looked at Mann...to only see him satring at that old lady with indifferent expression and still chewing his food that's in his mouth....
"U LIL GIRL....U DID SUCH A SHAMEFUL ACT !!!...U FIRST TRAPPED MY AYAAN WITH UR CHARMS ...AND THEN MARRIED HIS BROTHER ????"she began shouting ...I just rolled my eyes at her and resumed eating....as I told earlier ...I am too tired to deal with her ...
"I AM THE ONE WHO MARRIED HER ...DONT TALK TO HER ...TALK TO ME "here comes my hubby ....
"OK...FINE !!!DONT U THINK U NEED TO EXPLAIN UR SELF TO ME ???"goes the old lady again...hmm....this Chicken tastes so good ....
"NO ...WHY SHOULD I EXPLAIN IT TO U ?"goes my Husband ....yes ..good ...
