"You will do everything I ask and do as I say , don't try back chat me or argue " luschek said to me since I was the new one

"Sure thing" I said taking a seat at a work bench

"Fix this light for me" he said placing a lamp in front of me

"You really trust me to do this without supervision?" I asked

"Can't be as stupid as you look"

"Or as you look" I mumbled

"What was that inmate?" He asked

"Nothing " I smirked

Now I wish I got put in for fucking gardening , at least I wouldn't have a smelly , idiot of a guard supervising me , or sitting at his desk tapping away on his phone not giving a shit about what we do .

"He's an asshole with everyone" piper said moving to sit next to me

"Wouldn't mind smacking him with this lamp" I laughed

"Don't worry , you're not the only one " she laughed

"So you and Alex?" I asked

"Yeah, we dated when we were out and now again when we are back in " piper said

"You are the girl she got caught with , why didn't I think of it when I saw you" I said

"You were vipers girlfriend?" She asked

"Yep , that was me . He's a fucking asshole , as soon as we all get caught we are useless to him" I said as I tried to fix this stupid lamp

"You got caught with drugs too?" She asked

"Nope , assault . Long story but I never actually carried drugs , I got someone to do it for me so they can never charge me with dealing "

"That's a smart move"

"I wasn't getting sent to prison because his stupid business" I laughed

Work lasted like an hour and a half and I was happy to have been doing something even for a short amount of time . I walked into the dorms to see hardly anyone was in them .

"Everyone's out in the yard" Stella said from her cube

"Why aren't you?" I asked

"I was waiting for you" she smiled as she walked out her cube

"Why?" I asked curiously

"To hang out , well if you want to" she said

"Yeah , let's go out in the yard though" I said turning on my feet and making my way out to the yard

I feel like I haven't felt the sun on my body in so long . It was so warm today . I decided to roll my trousers up and take off my baggy brown top and sit in my bra-let , most of the other inmates were doing it so I was going to .

"You enjoying it here?" Stella asked as we sat on the grass

"As much as a person can enjoy prison , yeah, it's not so bad" I said

"What you in for?" She asked

"Assault , well should've been attempted murder but the girl didn't get me charged with that" I said

"You tried to kill someone?" Stella asked shocked

"No , I assaulted her but she hit me back but I took it to far , she ended up really beaten up"

"Why did you do that?"

"My ex asked me to , well he said that she tried to sleep with him and she was talking shit about me so I beat her up , then I found out it wasn't true , but it was to late because my trial started , I was already caught" I said

"You beat up someone for your boyfriend " she said

"In a way yeah , if I didn't he would have had someone do it and they probably would have killed her and she done nothing wrong so it was better me" I said laying down

"Youve got some temper" Stella laughed

"I know"

"What did your sister do yesterday at visitation that made you so angry?" Stella asked looking down at me

"She said our church looks at my mom and her badly , everyone in the town looks badly at them , she said I was an embarrassment and then she had the cheek to call me out for liking girls , like seriously how low can you get!" I laughed looking up to Stella

"You like them both , what's wrong with that?" Stella asked

"It's a sin , it's against my mothers religion"

"You not religious ?"

"Not so much , especially if I can't be who I want to be . Anyway enough about me , what you in for?" I asked

The rest of yard time we spent talking about how we were inside and how long we've got . Stella has two years left , which isn't so bad , I've got a friend for a while . We spoke about each other's families and how hers are back in Australia and she speaks to her mom about once a week , her family seem nice .

"Same time again tomorrow?" Stella asked as we walked back into the dorm

"Sure thing" I smiled walking to my cube

I walked in my cube to see Alex and piper on the bed making out , well that's not happening , they can take it somewhere else so I coughed to get there attention and they broke apart

"You're just jealous you're not the one getting anything" Alex laughed as they both stood up

"If I was jealous you would know all about it" I winked

Alex and piper left to go finish there business somewhere else , thankfully . I lay on my bed and thought about my day . For the first time since I have been inside I've been happy . I like spending time with Stella , just talking and having someone listen to me and having someone to listen to . I like the idea that we don't know each other and we are learning stuff . Let's hope this isn't just a one week friendship and it lasts .

Not sure about the ending . I know there is a lot of dialogue but I prefer to write in dialogue , it's just how I feel as I writer .

Also I know I changed kubras name to viper but this is not the exact same as the TV series so I have changed a few names and cut some characters out .
