At first, he would think it's weird that you value a small thing, but got used to it quickly.
If it were a bracelet or necklace or anything around that nature, he would 100% treat it like it's royalty and not let anyone touch it without your permission.
He would treat it with care, and make sure it doesn't let lost or dropped by him.
If it did happen to get dropped, then he would immediately pick it up in hopes you never saw that he dropped it.
If it got lost, that's a different story. He would try to find a replacement, but if he couldn't, he would act like nothing was wrong. That is until you ask where your thing is. Then, he would act awkward and start lying badly about it. 'It's fine' or even blame it on Crimp.
If you ever found out it was him that lost it, then he would apologize. If you didn't forgive him, he would feel so bad he would go ahead and buy you two replacements.
