Moving out

I was enraged. "Why, can't I? Like you said we did imprinted. There is no way in hell that I'm going to let you not let me see him. He is mine." I snarled the word at him. "Calm down, Sammy. I know that, but I'm also thinking what's right for the pact. I waited for you two to realize that you two aren't suppose to be together. Remember the pact is like family, so you two are like a brother and a sister. And we can't have family memebers loving each other like that." Sam said trying to say those harsh words as gently as he could.

"I don't care, Sam. I love him." I said to him, not caring if I was being stubborn. "Yes, I understand that. But you guys can't love each other." I rolled my eyes at him.

"But you dated Leah. You loved Leah before you became a wolf and even after you became a wolf." I said to him. "I know." He whispered. "Oh, so its alright for you to do that, but when it comes to me I can't do that. Everything is wrong when I do it." I said to him. "No it's not like that. Me and Leah never imprinted." He said exasperated. "Still the same thing. You loved her, you kissed her, you bought her gifts, Sam." I said the words. I felt Jake behind me and I turned to him. He had a look of anger on his face. I raised a finger to him and mouthed the words "I'm handling it." to him. He nodded and went to go sit on the chair that was in my kitchen. He crossed his arms and looked at me. I smiled at him and turned back towards the phone.

"I-I-I... Okay lets get this straight, I'm the alpha and what I say goes." He said using the voice he used on me when we were kids. "No lets get this straight Jake's the beta so he can sorta defy your orders to a point. I'm your sister so it's my job to ignore what you say. Your not a wolf right now, Sam, and I there is no way I would follow that order even if you were a wolf. Good bye Sam." I said hanging up before he had a chance to respond.

"What's happening?" Jake said at my side in an instant. "Sam doesn't want me to see you anymore." I said to him quietly. "And that will never happened. I'm chained to you for life." Jake said smiling down at me. I looked at him and smiled. "You're right you are chained to me. You want some breakfast?" I asked him. "Yup, but you sit down and I will cook for you." He said picking me up and setting me down into the chair he was sitting in.

"All right cap-i-tan." I saluted him. He just laughed at me. He then turned towards the kitchen and went to the fridge, he pulled out some eggs and bacon and then went to the pantry for some bread. He brought all of these ingredients to the counter and started cooking the eggs. I smiled at him, thinking how lucky I am to have him to myself. I'll be so safe, so loved, so... happy. I don't think anyone could see how Jake is just perfect for me. Even my brother.

The phone rang and I went to go get it. "If this is Sam then you can just hang up." I said answering the ringing telephone. "No, Sammy, it's Emily. Don't listen to what Sam told you this morning. He's just afraid that since you met your perfect match that you won't be his little sister to protect anymore. "Thanks Em, and you can tell Sam that I will need his protection even though I'm with Jake." I said smiling hugely. "Good, now go and have fun with your man, while I'll have fun with mine. 'kay?" She said to me. " 'kay." I replied and hanged up. "Who was that?" Jake asked from the stove. "Emily, she wanted to tell me to ignore what Sam said this morning." I said to him, going to sit down in my seat.

"That's excellent because I don't think I would have been able to follow orders." He said turning around to smile at me. "You know what Jake?" I asked studying him. " 'mmm?" he said. "I think you should move in with me since your always over here. I know your dad will need you, but then again he's only a call away." I said shyly. Jake frozed and face me. I was scared he was going to decline so I braced myself waiting for it to happen.

"I would love too." He said. Stunned I snapped my head up at him and asked, "You would?" He nodded his big head. "Yeah, I would. But I don't think your brother would be happy and my dad I don't know what he would think." He said turning back to the stove. "Well my brother can just kiss my furry tail behind." I said getting up and walking behind Jake so that I could wrap my arms around his shirtless waist. "Very funny, don't let him hear that." He said to me. "He's my brother, he can't hurt me."

"True he is your brother, but I won't let him lay a finger on you if he does try." He said.

JAKE'S P.O.V. 

I can't believe that Sam asked me to move in with her. Though she is right, I do stay over here practically everyday. It's like my second house. But if I move in with her I would have to get a job and help her out with the bills. Like a married couple. The thought came unbidding to my mind.

After breakfast we went to my dad's house to tell him what Sam asked me.

"Hey dad, how was your morning?" I asked opening the front door to reveal my father sitting in the living room watching an old game. "Good, yours? Oh, hi Sammy." He said spotting Sam standing behind me. "It's going good. Um, uh, Dad, can I ask you a question?" I started to go towards the couch that was beside my dad. Sam went to stand beside it and leaned onto the seat. "Sure, son anything what's going through that thick head of yours?"

I saw Sam starting to grow a bit nervous and uneasy, "Well Sam asked me today if it was alright if I could move in with her. Of course we will only be a phone call away, if you need anything we will be right here helping you. And I was wondering if it is alright for me to go move in with her, so she doesn't go unprotected." I asked my dad getting nervous too. Does he think I'm too young?

"Are you sure you want to move in with each other?" My dad asked us, looking at the both of us. I turned to Sam and she turned to me and just by looking into her eyes I knew that I was sure that I wanted to move in with her. "Yes, Dad I know you may think it weird but I, we imprinted with each other. So in ways we know we will be together... forever." That last word made my whole body tingle. She'll be mine forever, everyday I'll wake up to her, every morning I'll come home to her, everyday I'll be with her. "Well if you want to you guys can, I have nothing against it. But there is one problem, how are you guys going to afford paying your bills together with only one of you having a job? Also I want you guys to come over whenever you can, I'll get lonesome. Oh, and when you guys get married I want to be invited to the wedding."

"Dad!" I shouted out, embarrased and shocked. "What! I'm only telling the truth." Billy said, putting his folded hands on his lap. "So your alright with this, even though I'm seventeen?" I said. "Your incharge of your own life, I'm not. There are things I won't be able to tell you to stay away from or to wait for. You know what's right, let's just hope you do what is right. I love you Jake never forget that. I love you, too, Sam." My dad looked at Sam and at me and smiled that same sad smile. "Thanks dad." I said. I reached out to his hand and grasped it giving it a firm squeeze. "You don't know how much this means to me, to us." 

"As long as you know what you are doing." he said smiling that old ancient and young smile. "I'll be right back, I'm gonna grab a couple of things." I then walked into my room and grabbed a bag, I then stuffed it with clothes and a toothbrush. I heard Sam's voice and my dad's coversating with one another inwonder what they are talking about? 

"Jake are you ready?" I heard her voice call out. "Yeah, just give me a sec." I said back to her. " 'Kay." she said. I then heard her talking to my dad. I walked to my bedroom door and turned around to face it. I held onto the door frame and ran my hand down it feeling the wornout feeling it had on it. This will be the last time I'll be in here. With a last sigh I went out of the door and gave it one last look before grabbin the door and shutting it.  

"Okay, I'm ready." I went out the hallway and into the living room where I saw the girl I love and my father sitting there and laughing up a storm. "You guys having fun there?" I asked them and they both gave me equal looks of guitliness. "Take care of him. 'Kay?" my dad said to Sam and she nodded and saluted him. "And you take care of her, 'kay Jake?" 

"I'll try my best dad. But I can tell you this she won't listen to me." I said laughing at Sam's reaction. "See you soon kids." my dad said and we went out the door.  

"Ready to go home, Jake?" I looked at her and nodded.

hope you guys like it. I sorta had writers block today for this story. Can y'all let me know if you like it or not and tell me why. Also should I delete my Zuko love story? I don't know when wrote it I was in an avatar mood now I'm not. So let me know what you think okay?
