Godzilla looking down at what was left of unit 1, he roared and unit 1 let out a gurggled weak raor nodding. Godzilla looked at his back, his dorsal plates began to warm up.
He turned and walked into the large lake in the center of the geofront swimming down till it reached the bottom.
Several days later.....
Tokyo 3 was in ruins, geofront and headqauters were annihilated. Only thing that remained were the lower hangers. Unit 2 and 5 were repaired, Unit 1 was held in a different hanger where it stood covered in bandages.
Misato walked along the catwalk with Makoto.
"When we opened the entry plug, it was empty no doubt they have both been absorbed by the Eva, probably to protect them from contamination" Makoto said
"Guess we have to wait and see, what about godzilla?" Misato asked
"Hes still at the bottom of the lake, the 5th armored division is stationed along the shore to keep watch" Makoto said
Misato nodded and looked up at the organic eyes of unit 1 watched her, she looked away trying to avoid eye contact.
Misato noticed Akane walking in, in her normal clothes and bandages on her head and face. She walk and stood infront of unit 1.
Misato and Mokoto walked to her.
"Im sorry Akane we are just gonna have to wait a see" Misato said
Akane the normally calm and quiet shouted
"Give them back to me! I want Rei and Shinji back now!" She shouted starting to cry.
Misato went her and hugged her.
"Its okay, I know" she said
Suddenly they heard a weird slime sound they turned and saw shinji and rei named laying next to each other covered in LCL.
Akane smiled but mistao stopped her.
"We have to decontaminate first okay" misato said smiling too.
A de con team arrived helping them up and covering them while placing them on a stretcher. Shinji started to wake up and weakly smiled seeing Akane.
"Is rei okay?" He asked
"She's fine she's okay" misato replied
Shinji amd rei were pruned out and towards a de con room.
Auska arrived and smiled seeing shinji
"Stupid shinji you had me worried" She said smiling
Shinji smiled to weak to talk touch.
Meanwhile....
Deep inside Nerv commander ikari was sitting in the center of the large room the holograms stood around him.
"Godzillas return was not foretold in the dead sea scrolls" Number 1 said
"Not only that he stopped human instrimentality dead in its tracks" Number 4 said
"Commnder you promised us you would dispose of Kiryu, were not for you lack of action we could have ascended to God hood by now" Number 1 said angerly
"Its clear you no longer have the will to fulfill our plans, we will have no choice but to remove you from command" Number 5 added
"I agree, Commander Ikari what do you have to say?" Number 1 said
Gendo remained quiet and thought for a moment. He stood up
"No" he replied
"Say again commander?" Number 1 asked
"You will not strip me from my command, the angels have been drafted those that remain will no longer be a threat so long as Godzilla is around" Gendo said
There was a moment of silence
"Then so be it we will eliminate godzilla, all of nerv and we will force human instrimentality at any cost" Numner 1 said
"Then do it or shut up" He said
"We control the UN and have a militaty large Then the US" Number 1 said
"And we have 3 Eva's and a godzilla I say it's an even fight" Gendo said
The holograms disappeared and the lights came on Fuyusuki stood by shocked at what transpired
"Sir is it wise to go against Seele?" He asked
"Of course not but all of this has to end" he replied
Fuyusuki then had a revelation
"Your doing this for shinji arnt you?" He asked
Gendo said nothing just walked away down the hall.
