1 month later......
Shinji, Rei, Auska and Akane were eating lunch at Misatos apartment, Misato was taking a bath and could hear them talking.
"Woah never knew shinji was a ladies man, huh pen pen?" Misato said
The penguin nodded.
"But still it's good to see shinji happy" Misato said
Suddenly her phone rang
"Hello?" She asked
She got up
"An angel"
Alarms rang in Nerv as for the first time in almost 7 months an angel appeared. Gendo watched concerned.
Fuyusuki stood behind him
"Its the 8th Angel.....what happened to the others?" He asked
"Seele wanted an angel, now they got one even if it's out of order, the others will show up soon enough" Gendo replied
The computers calculated everything. Misato stood watching the screen.
"Whats its point of impact" Misato asked but she stopped and smiled
"Nevermind its obvious it's heading here" She said
"99.9 percent chances of hitting Tokyo-3" Ibiki shouted
"Tokyo-3 and geo front will be vaporized, central dogma will be exposed" Makoto added
Misato listened in but she had an idea,
Meanwhile the Eva units we set up near the suspected impact sights, kiryu was deployed in the middle of it all.
The pilots waited together, Misato arrived.
"Whats the plan misato?" Auska asked
"We are playing catch" Misato said smiling
"You want us to catch it?!" They all said at once
"Yes we have 3 possible impact sights, therefore all Eva's will each have somewhere to go, where it decides to land you will converge on that location" Misato said
"What about me commander?" Akane asked
"You will be placed right in the middle of the three impact sights support whoever catches it first" misato said
"Yes commander, what are the probability of sucess" akane replied
"Yeah it's best you all don't know, but what you must know is that I have full confidence you will all complete this mission, thats what matters" Misato said
They all nodded and entered there mech, akane sat in her cockpit.
"Kiryu I know you can hear me, this is our first combat mission, let's not dissapoint" Akane said
She smiled and strapped in making a connection with kiryu. The others waited.
"No going back now, lauch em, now go"
All three Eva's took off running, shinji was the fastest, akane checked the computer seeing the angel changed its course headed to auska landing point.
"Its changing course, target is accelerating, hurry up auska!" Akane shouted as she activated kiryus boosters , flying a few feet off the ground heading towards the point.
"Crap, I'm to far behind, no way I'm going to make it in time" Auska replied
"Leave it to me!" Shinji shouted
He reached it first.
"AT FEILD AT MAX POWER!" He shouted
He caught the massive angel, a long skinny body of a angel appeared in the middle holding shinjis hands before stabbing it with long thing prongs.
Kiryu arrived, grapping the prongs. Kiryu pulled the prongs out of shinji. Shinji looked at kiryu but noticed it's yellow eyes were now red. Unit 1 amd kiryu held the massive angel. The ground ahook violently, hurricane force winds blew the buildings and trees down around them.
The eyes got bright red on kiryu.
Kiryu roared but it didn't sound mechanical, shinji noticed he couldn't feel the pressure of the angel. He lowered his hands and saw kiryu was now holding the angel.
The angel it self seemed almost frighten.
"Shinji what are you doing help her hold that thing until we get there!" Auska shouted
"Right" shinji replied
Shinji raised his hands again but was kicked away by kiryu. A messaged appeared on his screen.
"This bitch is mine!"
"Kiryu what are you doing?" Rei asked
Kiryu began to glow blue, it's armor around the arms broke off.
"Hold it steady Akane were coming" Auska said
Then a blue beam fired from kiryus mouth. Breaking the angels AT feild amd hitting it in its face.
"We're here" Auska said
"Get the core!" Rei said
But both stopped when they saw the beam, it started to push the angel up.
Everyone watched stunned silence, Gendo stood up completely shocked.
The blue beam them gain a yellow spiral as the angel was slowly being pushed up to space.
The ground under kiryu cracked as the force started to push kiryu down. The angel left the atmosphere and exploded in a might white light, so bright it everyone had to close there eyes and was seen from Russia and west coast of the US.
The alert alarms finally turned off but no one said a word as all the cameras focused on kiryu,
"Angel has been destroyed"
The video feeds showed skiryu with the armor on the arms to be broken off exposing its wiring, the armor around the snout and lower jaw was melted away, the wires and complicated computer systems were turned to ash and this exposed bone with razor sharp teeth. The armor around the spines were burned heavily, Kiryu seemed to turn and face the cameras as if it knew everyone was looking at her.
It roared again before it slowly shut down. The sunset behind it
