godzilla x Eva: You can (not) remember

Yet another one?

Akane slept she tossed and turned seeing a city one fire, a woman holding her children telling them they will be with there father soon. Akane opened her eyes amd she was in the middle of Tokyo the buildings still looked primitive. Akane had her flight suit and helmet on, she heard what she thought were bombs.

She looked up and from behind building a horrific monster looked down at her, the dark outlined of its head seemed almost similar to kiryu.

She tried to run but she was to scared, the monster roared. It started to glow before it fired a blue beam and she closed her eyes she could feel her skin burning.

She opened her eyes again but now she was in a hospital bed looking up at the lights.

Nerv agents stood around her.

Meanwhile in the hanger Kiryu stood next to unit one, damaged parts were being repaired but Ritsuko stood close to it examining its exposed bone in a catwalk that was at chest level of kiryu. Ibiki stood by her but was clearly nervous and keeping her distance from kiryu.

"No doubt, it's bone" Ritsuko said

"Bones of what? What could possibly have massive bones like that?" Ibiki asked

"What I'm more worried about is how strong the bones are, the armor is made out of artifical diamond and it cracked and broke under the intense pressure of the angel and yet these bones didn't, not even so much as a scratch" Ritsuko said not looking at ibiki

Ibiki did notice and was now more scared she backed away she looked up ans dropped her clip board and started to shiver in fear.

"Hm what is it?" Ritsuko asked

"Its....looking at us again" she replied

Ritsuko looked up and saw the golden eyes were gone replaced with red. She dropped her cigarette from her mouth.

The two women began to walk away but the red eyes of kiryu followed them all the way to the elevator.

Later that day.....

Akane sat in the hospital waiting room with a single bandage on her head, she sat there silently trying to figure out what happened. They were all still alive so the angel must have been destroyed, but what happened.

A familiar voice entered the hospital.

"Hey Akane!" Shinji said

She looked up and saw him she was lost in thought and didn't smile just stared back at the wall.

"Are you okay?" He asked

"N-no actually I can't remeber what happened during the battle, I just I don't know what's going on" Akane said

Shinji pulled out a tablet and typed in a few things before showing her footage of the battle.

"You defeated a angel all by yourself, you been out for a few days too" shinji said

"What?" She said watching the footage

"You must have hit your head pretty hard, I did get your message" he said

"What message?"

Shinji looked at her werid,

"Lets not worry about that right now, let's get you something to eat" Shinji said

Akane was soon cleared by the doctors and nurses and was sent home where Akane amd shinji sat down drinking tea.

"Where are the others?" Akane asked

"Auska is busy with ritsuko and Rei is doing something not sure what she never tells me" shinji replied

"Is kiryu okay?" She asked worried

"Yeah don't worry they are repairing kiryu, he will be ready just in time for the next one to show up" Shinji replied but going quiet after realizing what he said

In North America a massive accident made the Americans give eva unit 3 to Japan for further testing. At nerv Unit 2 was being placed into containment, Auska was there arguing.

"What are you doing?!" Auska asked yelling

"We are putting unit 2 into containment since the americans are giving us Unit 3, the treaty states that each nation is allowed to only have 3 units at one time" Ritsuko replied

"Why not just put Kiryu into containment its not even functioning!" She yelled

"Kiryu doesn't classifiy as a Eva, as much as we want to its classified as just a mech" Ibiki said

Auska frustrated walked away and headed back to the surface, meanwhile the massive ships carrying unit 3 got closer to Japan. Kiryu still being repaired activated eyes red again it growled. Nearby guards shivered hearing it growl.

Unit 3 while hanging from the ships growled as well sensing kiryu was nearby.

Meanwhile Akane was allowed to leave the hospital and they both walked home.

"Hey Akane are you feeling better" Shinji asked

"Yeah I'm fine, really I am, just need tk keep my mind off piloting for a bit" Akane said

They arrived home akane was at her door. She said nothing and kissed shinji in the cheek.

"Thank you for walking me home" she said before walking into her apartment

Shinji smiled and nodded

"Do you want to come inside? I really don't wamt to be alone right now" Akane saidb

"Oh sure" he said blushing

Akane opened the door and they both walked in.
