My knees became wanton; I sat there in the road, not caring what those people around me may say. I just cried my pain out there.
Narinig kong bumukas yung pinto ng kotseng muntikan nang nakabangga sakin. Wala na akong pakialam kung pagmumurain niya ko ngayon, o tawaging baliw. Nothing more can hurt me than what Darius told me. It felt like he killed me. I feel like I died the moment I walk out that restaurant.
"Janica?"-a familiar voice called out my name
Tinignan ko kung sino yung nagsalita
"H-Harvey?"
"What happened to you?"-he worriedly asks.
I can't find my tongue to answer
"C'mon, I'll take you home"-inalalayan niya sa pagtayo.
Effortlessly I was dragged by him inside his car.
"Saan ba bahay niyo ni Jake? I'll drive you there"
"N-No t-take me somewhere else"
"Now, I can assume, you had a fight with your husband. Where will I take you then?"
I wander my eyes by the window of the car.
Then I saw her. I saw Irene entered the restaurant I just got out from.
Another batch of tears rushed out my eyes.
"Away. Take me away from here"
