so i'm on day two of my diet which was 700 calories, here's what i ate 🤗

breakfast: nothing (i was fasting)
snack: malteasers
lunch: jam sandwich and party rings
dinner: a sushi rice bowl 🍚

tomorrow is 450 kcals 🙆🏾‍♀️ i've done it before tho so i should be okay
