so i've noticed that my thighs seem to be getting bigger????? but i'm losing weight like my belly is reducing but my thighs are doing the opposite. i really don't know what's going on there because it's not like im gaining weight so it's even more confusing because i'm losing? 😭
i don't know what that's about but i'm gonna start doing this thigh exercise

i've done it before and i think it's effective it's just that i can be lazy but i'm not gonna be lazy this time
so hopefully in a few days to weeks i will go back to normal
