i definitely will because it's easierso i chose this because it's basically a zigzag diet.
if you don't know what that means it's just a diet when the calorie count alternates and sometime goes higher or lower to avoid your body getting used to a certain amount so it prevents a weight loss plateausince this is now my normal diet i will start on day 6 since it's saturday
