SO i did not get to 58kg by the holiday and i gained a bit after i came back {like 61kg} but i've come back down now to 60.2kg so i'm still aiming for 58kg.
i have a new plan that's spread over four weeks
SO the first week which i'm in is just cutting out all junk food and drinks and not eating after 6pm
it's been a bit hard but it's helping me eat more spread out because obviously i have to plan when i'm gonna eatso not like it matters anyway but i'll try and be more consistent with updating 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
