The Voice that Cowers

Another day, another host club adventure or at least that's what I say. Today the twins were busy in their own world bringing back a classic game they love to play with everyone. The game itself was much reliant on each individual's ability to get to know the twins and enter what they like to call 'their world.' Both twins constantly look for a way to individualize themselves but never act upon the idea due to being scared of losing each other, which is where the game of "Which One of Us is Hikaru" was invented. The twins announced the arrival of the games resurface during club hours. Each twin wore a matching green plaid hat covering their hairline to conceal their few differences.

"So? Can you tell which one of us is Hikaru?" The twins said simultaneously waiting for their guests to decide. One of the guests was baffled, complaining that the game was hard while another pointed out the obvious. "You're identical." The girl said while the twins kept advertising. "Many ladies have tried to tell us apart, but so far none have succeeded." The twins spoke once again. Haruhi, who just so happened to pass by, decided to voice her opinion on the game, calling it ignorant. "That's the dumbest game I've ever heard of." The twins approached the female while putting their hands on their hips while staring at her. "What, do you have a problem with it Haruhi?" They asked curiously. Haruhi turned to look back at the twins catching their eye piercing stares. "Not really, I just don't understand why the two of you are so popular." She told the boys while they booed her. "That's not very nice." The twins said together as they slid next to her taking off their hats.

"I'm disappointed." Hikaru told the girl before his brother chimed in. "Apparently, you don't understand the merits of having a pair of twins as members of the host club." Kaoru said, edging his brother to speak again. "Listen up! Having a couple of good looking guys with homosexual tendencies earn the club high points. It also helps if the two struggle between their attraction and their friendship." Hikaru explained. "And in our case, because we're twins our relationship is taboo, and therefore more intriguing." Kaoru concluded before winking at his brother. Hikaru then slowly walked over to the desk where I was writing away, trying to finalize some miscalculations, due to myself being unable to find my laptop. He gently lifted my chin slightly up, earning a questioning look from me before whispering in my ear. "And besides, who hasn't fantasized about twins? Having two loves is better than one, don't you think?" Hikaru asked before his brother took over and replaced his hand with his own. "It's a young woman's romantic fantasy." Kaoru whispered before Haruhi looked as if she wanted to gag. Squeals resonated from their guests as they looked upon the scene, I on the other hand was rather annoyed. "Really I'm trying to work." I told the twins, needless to say I was exhausted.

Tamaki then ran over to us holding my missing laptop. "Hikaru! Kaoru!" Tamaki yelled at the twins, extremely irked. "When I gave you control of the club's website I did so on one condition. That you take it seriously." Tamaki said while Hikaru defended him and his brother. "We take our job very seriously, boss." He told the blonde while his brother waved his hands in defense. "In fact, last night we worked on it till dawn." Kaoru informed the host club king. Tamaki then opened the laptop "Is this what you worked so hard to create?!" He asked pressing buttons on the laptop showcasing a picture of Haruhi without a shirt onto the screen. Haruhi went pale as more guests crowded around to try and see a sneak peek of the photo. Tamaki gently handed the laptop over to Haruhi before rushing back over to the twins. "Tell me when!" Tamaki demanded. "When did you take naked pictures of Haruhi?!?!" Tamaki asked before crying and going pale. Delusions set in on the boy's mind, fueling wild accusations towards the culprits. "You bribed her, didn't you?" He asked, hoping for an answer. "You're imagining things, also can I have my laptop back?" I asked as I was completely ignored. The twins went on to explain the photo. "It's obvious that the photo's been altered." Hikaru told the blonde before he questioned for approval. "It was photoshopped?" Tamaki asked. Hikaru smiled upon his achievement before sliding up to Tamaki with Kaoru shrugging identically. "We did a pretty good job huh?" he asked teasingly. "Yeah, we got some major photoshopping talent." Kaoru complimented. Tamaki seemed dramatic as usually scolds the boys. "You idiots! That's a waste of your skills and you stole Lena's laptop for it. Have you no shame?" He asked, completely changing his attitude after and kneeling in front of the twins. "But if you're going to do it anyway, can you photoshop her into this idol photo book?" Tamaki asked, Haruhi gently laid the laptop in front of me on the desk, giving an apologetic look before turning pale once more.
