"Hindi ka iiyak! Hindi ka talaga iiyak, sinasabi ko sa 'yo baka matanggal ang makeup mo mamaya," bulong ko sa sarili habang pinapaypayan ang mukha. Styx and I decided to hold the wedding at his private resort in Zambales. Naging mabilis ang lahat ng preparasyon dahil may mga koneksyon siya.
I was wearing my wedding gown and my makeup today. Simple lang ang gown na napili namin dahil beach wedding naman ang theme nito. Nauna na sina Styx sa lugar kung saan pagdadausan at mamaya pa ako susunod dahil kakatapos ko pa lang mag-ayos.
My makeup artist entered my room after knocking. She smiled at me. Pinilit niya akong pakalmahin dahil paulit-ulit na namamasa ang mata ko sa sobrang kaba. Paano kapag hindi sumipot si Styx?! I swear, I'm going to make him pay if that happens.
Matapos ang ilang minuto ay dinala na nila ako sa labas, malapit sa dalampasigan ang venue, at nakahanda na ang lahat nang makarating ako. I was wearing my veil while still standing outside the venue. Ngunit naaninagan ko ang mukha ni Styx na nakangiti sa akin.
The song started to play as the other guests began to walk on the blue and red carpet. Panghuli ako at tanging mag-isa lang akong maglalakad papunta sa harapan.

As I walked down the aisle towards the only man I've ever loved, I realised one thing. He's the only one who could make my heart beat crazy, even though he's hurt it unintentionally many times. He's the only person who made me feel safe, even though his name screamed damger. He's the only person who could tame and awaken the demon in my mind.

Marami na kaming pinagdaan at problemang sumubok sa pagsasama naming dalawa. We both learned from our past mistakes and still hold onto the lessons.
Nang makarating sa harapan niya ay hindi ko na napigilan pang mapaluha. Styx was crying too. Kahit naka beach attire lang din siya ay angat na angat ang mukha niya ngayon. He slowly held my arm and kissed my forehead. Narinig ko ang impit na tili ng mga taong dumalo, kaya pareho kaming napahagikgik.
Hawak ni Mama si Zella at nasa tabi niya si Zenith. Tahimik lang kaming dalawa ni Styx at paminsan-minsan ay pinipisil ang kamay ng isa't isa habang nagsasalita si father.
When it was our turn to say our vows, my eyes immediately watered. Magkaharap kami ni Styx ngayon at magkahawak ang mga kamay. I could see him biting his bottom lip to fight his tears. Ngunit nag-unahan na 'yon sa paglaglag.
Everyone was quiet while watching us stare intently. Styx gently caressed my hand and stared at me intently.
"I have done so much damage to you, yet you're still here, marrying me and giving yourself to me," he started. "Xhia. I'm not the perfect man for you. You see, I did so many things that caused you pain, and I regretted them. I regretted it all. I regretted the day that I hurt you, and 'til now, I'm still blaming myself for pushing you away from my life." I caressed his face using my thumb and smiled at him even though my tears were uncontrollably streaming down my cheeks. "But now that we're living together again and starting everything the right way, I promise to love you 'til my last breath." He bit his lower lip when another batch of tears escaped from his eyes. "Xhia, hindi ako perpekto lalaki at lalong hindi ako ang perpektong tao para sa iyo, but I promised to make you happy 'til my last breath. Pinapangako ko na hindi na kita hahayaang umiyak ulit dahil sa kagaguhan ko."
