"As the morning sun cast its golden rays over the bustling streets of New York, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee wafted through the air. In the heart of the city, nestled between quaint shops and lively chatter stood "Serenity Brews", the beloved café owned by Scarlett a single mom of a beautiful daughter Ava.

Scarlett's café, "Serenity Brews," offers a variety of coffee options to satisfy every taste. From rich and bold espresso-based drinks like lattes and cappuccinos to creamy and indulgent mochas, Scarlett knows how to create the perfect cup of coffee. As for snacks, she bakes an assortment of delectable treats, including freshly baked pastries like croissants, muffins, and scones. For those looking for something savory, she also offers delicious sandwiches and wraps.

With a warm smile, she greeted familiar faces that came into the cafe. Her cafe was in front of one of the biggest companies in New York, Blackwood Enterprises. Most of her customers came in the morning to grab a cup of coffee before going to work.

It's been three years since her divorce from her abusive husband, she was only 18 when she married him against her will, he raped her and beat her on most occasions when he came home drunk. Two years later, she was able to divorce him and start up her cafe with the help of her aunt who was late.

"As the café hummed with activity, Scarlett felt a longing for a moment of respite. With a gentle sigh, she stepped out onto the bustling New York City sidewalk, leaving the comforting embrace of 'Serenity Brews' behind. The morning sun caressed her skin, its warmth, a soothing balm amidst the city's energetic rhythm. For a brief moment, she closed her eyes, letting the sunlight's gentle touch rejuvenate her spirit, unaware of the serendipitous encounter that awaited her just around the corner... She enjoyed the feeling of being free and able to do what she wanted.

"Mom, can we go to the park today" Ava her three years old daughter asked hugging her from behind. She smiled and squatted to her position, hugging her. "Of course darling, you're on holiday so who I'm I to refuse, let's go in now," she said taking her little hand.

Ava was a bundle of joy and curiosity. With her wide, innocent eyes and a mischievous smile that lights up the room, she radiates an infectious energy. Her golden curls bounce with every step, mirroring her boundless enthusiasm for life. Scarlett is always eager to explore the world around her, often finding wonder in the simplest of things. Whether it's chasing butterflies in the park or giggling at the sound of raindrops, her zest for life brings a sense of warmth and delight to those around her.

Scarlett left her employees in charge of the cafe as she went to her house which was located in the same building as the café, her house was a cozy and inviting space. As you step through the front door, you're greeted by a vibrant burst of colors and playful decor. The living room is adorned with plush cushions and whimsical artwork, creating a cheerful atmosphere. The kitchen, just off the living area, is filled with the aroma of freshly baked cookies, a testament to the love and warmth that fills the home. Upstairs, Ava's bedroom was a haven of imagination, with walls adorned with her artwork and shelves filled with her favorite storybooks.

She dressed Ava up in a pink T-shirt, a pair of blue jeans, with white sneakers. She packed her hair up in a ponytail with a pink scrunch. After she was done dressing in the same outfit as Ava, she applied lipgloss and got her bag, ready to leave the house with Ava. She locked the door and went into the cafe with Ava only to meet a ruckus inside her cafe. "Sit here quietly Ava, let mummy check what's wrong okay," Scarlett said giving Ava a peck "Okay Mom," Ava said obediently.

Scarlett went towards where the commotion was, and she noticed that one of her employees must have spilled coffee on a customer. She rushes over to help, offering him napkins and concern. "Sorry about that sir," she said professionally. "That's okay if you don't mind can you join me?" he said smiling offering her a seat. "It's okay Sir, I have plans," she said giving him a small smile and leaving to where she left Ava. "Let's go, sweetheart," she said to Ava. "She got up with her and took her mom's hand.

As Scarlett and her daughter Ava left the café and made their way to the park, Ava's face lit up with pure joy. She skipped and twirled along the sidewalk, her laughter filling the air. Her eyes sparkled with excitement as she eagerly explored the world around her. The sight of the park ahead made her bounce with anticipation, knowing that she would soon be able to run freely and play to her heart's content. Ava's happiness was contagious, bringing a smile to Scarlett's face and warming their hearts as they embarked on their outdoor adventure.

As Scarlett and Ava reached Scarlett's car, Ava's eyes widened with anticipation and delight. She eagerly climbed into her booster seat, her little hands gripping the seatbelt with excitement. Scarlett couldn't help but chuckle at Ava's enthusiasm as she fastened her seatbelt securely. With a joyful squeal, Ava exclaimed, "Let's go to the park, Mommy!" The air was filled with a sense of adventure as they started the engine and embarked on their journey, ready for a day of fun and laughter.
