IRIS' POV
I don't know why, but my heart is beating like crazy. It's not like it's beating because of a boy, it's because I am in front of the place i was grown in. And One mistake will ruin my whole mission.
This mission took 1-2 years and if something bad happens in the end, I am so dead.
The castle was chaotic, very chaotic inside. But still some maids and Butlers, dressed in old British maid and butler outfit came to greet us, they formed a line and turned towards the middle and bowed their head to show respect, in front of the castle door.
With a creak sound the castle door, opened. The two big doors moved behind giving space for silhouette to be shown. That silhouette made its was out.
Dressed in black buttoned coat with white small coat upon it only resting up to the chest, a slight cut at the end of the black court, showing off white pants, to be formal looking a small tie. Brown Hair formed a high ponytail. And a glass only for one eye 👁️ with a long gold chain. (That old butler type look.)
Dark Red eyes, a pair of red lips and red hair, totally a vampire.
You know Material Vampire.
“Greetings, Lady Vencilin, It's a pleasure for us that you came to the soul castle to teach your students more about us.”
Suzy lips tucked up, forming a mocking smile.
As our Vice Principal looked at her with pure dislike.
“Oh No no, it's a pleasure for us to be allowed at a place like this, but we just hope that yours so called souls, may not hurt us. Who knows whether they run wild, Lady Suzy.”
Her eyes were reflecting the mocking look. As they curved upwards, but her lips didn't formed a smile.
Suzy kept smiling but anger was pure visible on her face.
Lady Vencilin- 1
Lady Suzy- 0
“Oh my my, they would go wild if they saw such people like you.”
Suzy laughed her witch like laugh. And Vencilin just mimicked it.

“Lady Vencilin, do you know Lady Suzy?”
Asked my one and only Yeji. I bet she wants this fight to go on a little longer.
“Oh this is Lady Suzy, she was my classmate back when I was studying in the University. Lady Suzy weren't you in the Vampire One?”
Oh here comes the thing which Suzy Dislikes the most, due to her hair and eye colour many people take her as a Vampire, but in reality she is a witch. (well I did too)
“Oh I forgot you aren't a Vampire, you are witch.”
Lady Vencilin- 2
Lady Suzy- 1
“You should start eating almonds then, you're memory is getting poor day by day, maybe this is a sign of being old, Lady Vencilin.”
And with that, Vencilin looked like she wants to punch this woman.
Lady Suzy - Won
Lady Vencilin- lost
“We took so much time to talk, that we didn't realize that we are outside, please let me introduce myself.”
She gestured her hands in way of welcoming.
“I am Suzy Bellica, the caretaker of Soul Palace. And your guide from now onwards”
“Please make your way in, if anything disturbs you, please tell me.”
Everyone started making their way in starting with Lady Vencilin.
Oriana:“Iris let's go.”
Oriana tapped my shoulder.
Iris:“You go first I will join later.”
I smiled at her.
Oriana:“Ok-ay?”
At the end I went inside and looked at Suzy, she gave me a thumbs up with a smirky smile and a wink.
I felt so reassured.
“It is okay now, but as long as they don't enter the museum, we will shift your painting at night.”
Reassurance it ran away as it saw a ghost.
“WHAT?”
I Shouted and looked here and there to see if there is no one looking.
Narrator 's POv
“Didn't you say it is okay now? You are so useless..”
Iris said that and walked away.
Leaving Suzy behind..

I got a nostalgic feeling after seeing the palace after a long time....
How can I behave like this is my first time here when I spend my half life here to begin with!
