Blaire

School just ended for the day, Sam and I are sitting in the park stuffing some ice cream in our mouth.

"You've been hanging out with Kosta lately, are you guys are a thing now?" said by Sam as she playfully poked my waist.

"Of course not." I said as I averted my gaze at the kids playing in swing.

"I doubt that" She said flashing me a curious glance.

"Come on, Sam," I replied with a chuckle, "Kosta and I are just friends. We've been hanging out more often because I could use some company"

Sam smirked and took another bite of her ice cream. "Sure, just friends, huh? I've seen the way he looks at you."

Rolling my eyes, I nudged her playfully. "You've got an overactive imagination."

She shrugged, leaning back against the park bench. "Well, just remember what they say: 'Friendship often blooms into something more.'"

I couldn't help but laugh at her persistence. "You've been watching too many romance movies, Sam."

She grinned mischievously. "Hey, I'm just saying, don't be surprised if one day you find yourselves confessing your feelings under the stars or something."

I shook my head, still chuckling. "You've got quite the imagination, my friend. I can't afford to be inlove right now. I've got attachment issues"

As we continued to enjoy our ice cream and the playful banter, I couldn't help but ponder Sam's words. Maybe she had a point. Kosta was a great guy, and we did share a lot of interests. But for now, I was content with our friendship and the simple joys of relaxing in the park with a friend on a beautiful afternoon.

While me and Sam are enjoying our ice cream, my phone rang in the pocket. I took it ang glances at the caller ID it's André. I answered it and he tells me to come home early. I bet he has surprises again.

"Hey, Sam. I neee to come home early" I told sam.

"It's okay, I need go home early too" She said. I say goodbye to her and quickly walked away.

Kosta

I took a deep breath as I walk down a dimly lit hallway, the walls lined with panels of advanced technology. I reached a door at the end,

"The boss is waiting for you inside" said by one of his minions.

I placed my hand on the scanner, and the door slides open with a soft hiss. I stepped into the secret hideout.

"Here goes nothing." I whispered to myself.

As I enters inside, I met with the sight of my uncle, a stern yet imposing figure, seated at a sleek, futuristic desk. The room is filled with holographic displays, casting an eerie glow.
I approach his uncle with a mix of reverence and apprehension.

"You're finally here, my dear nephew, Kosta." He said sitting back, a hint of a smile playing on his lips.

"Uncle." I nodded respectfully.

He leans forward "What are we going to discuss today, you wonder?"

"What's the agenda?" i asked.

"Progress, my boy. Progress on your mission." he said, tapping his fingers on the desk.

"Ah, yes. The mission."
