A steady drizzle descended from up above.
She opened the window a crack,
Breathing in the humid air.
Suddenly struck by the view outside.

Somber clouds casting a shadow
Over the darkening sky.
Once embroidered with gold,
Now swallowed up by black.

A girl in milky white,
A boy in banana yellow.
Running and chasing,
Laughing and giggling.
Cheeky smiles lit their faces,
Choruses of laughter broke the silence.

A man dressed all in grey,
A woman with clothes in dull black,
Furiously calling after them.
Stomping their feet,
Sighing and groaning.
An umbrella held over their heads.
