ENFP-A ( Peace, at last )

24 1 1

I want to know your hands,
The way I learned the road,
To feel them every day,
My hands are yours to hold.

I want to learn your perfect face,
For my lips to connect,
And my kisses to trace your neck,
Your spaced freckled perfection.

The peace you feel,
asleep under the sun,
When the sounds around you,
Surround you,
So your body feels safe,
your mind at ease,
you feel the breeze.

Your chest is solid oak,
A place my head may lay,
When your breath meets the nest,
On the back of my hair,

It's comfort, your heartbeat,
the lyres loving lullaby,
To a soul readily tied,
And as free as the breeze.

It's the peace you feel,
When you can close your eyes,
lie back,
And let your soulmate drive,
So your body feels safe,
And your mind succumbs.

It's the warmth in your veins,
The confidence that your blood flows,
It's the feeling of knowing.

The feeling of never having to wonder.
Having your love proven each and every day,
In ways your lips never have to move to show,
Because your mind and body are doing it already.

This is what it feels like to be at peace.
