Manik saw 'My Bhabhi Love' flashing on Atharva's phone while exiting the conference room. He didn't liked it a bit. Till he could pick up, the phone disconnected and then again rang. This time Manik picked up on second ring
"Atharv kya bola tha tumne, mode 3 pe dalne ab yeh cleaning machine ek jagha par gol gol ghume ja rahi rahi. Amma. I am scared it is going to catch fire" Nandini said without greetings. Manik felt warmth spread in him. He was hearing her voice after five days "Atharv bologe kuch" Nandini snapped from the other side
"Atharva nahi hai yah" Manik said and she went silent. After few seconds she hung up. Manik sighed. He deserved. He gave her such a cold good by and then he didn't even called her. So that is why she was not calling him either. He called 'My Bhabhi Love' again and waited from her to pick up
"Atharv tumhe kuch aata hai ya should I call Rishu" Nandini said again without greetings
"Put it on stand..." the line went off. Manik sighed again. He removed his phone from the pocket and called 'Robin'
"Hello Manik Sir" his house help said in a British accent
"Robin Nandini Ma'am needs an assistance with something please go and help her" Manik said in a British accent too
"Ok" Robin said and Manik hung up
Manik hung up and Athrava walked in "Kya ulti sidhi chize bolta hai tu Nandini ko karne" Manik asked seeing him
"Arey I was helping her repair a cleaner. She broke one from the hospital she works in. That round small ones. Main help kar raha tha unn ki" Atharva said
"Tujhe kuch ko kuch aata hai kya?" Manik asked throwing his phone to him "And why is Nandini's number save as my Bhabhi love?" Manik asked him
"Because woh Mera first love hai" Atharva said and Manik glared at him "Main ne unhe milte hi propose bhi kar diya tha. Woh toh unn ko laga ki main bahut chota hu. Sirf eight years hi chota hu main. Nick Jonas toh PeeCee se das saal chota hai phir bhi kitne cute hai dono" Athrava said
"Tune usse milte hi propose kiya tha? Kab?" Manik asked
"Aap bhi toh the waha!" Atharva
"Cafe mein?" Manik asked frowning
"Cafe mein, Bhai hum Bhabhi ko hospital mein mile the first time" Athrava. Manik made a thinking face. He met Nandini at the first time in cafe.
"Yaad nahi aap ko?" Atharva asked "Hume pata chala tha Dadi hospitalized hai hum trip cut short karke aaye the Istanbul wali" Atharva said. Manik still thought hard
"Aap ko yaad hi nahi hai" Athrava said amused
"Nahi" Manik said genuinely
"Main batata hu aap ko"
FLASHBACK
Atharav and Manik were going out to get everyone some snacks from the cafeteria. Manik said to Atharva "Order kar main ek call karke aata hu" Atharva nodded and went to the counter
"Here's your coffee Dr Nandini" the cafeteria by said with a beautiful dimple smile.
"Thank you" Nandini said with a smile. That took Atharva's attention. He turned to see a beautiful girl, she looked at tired but she had a beautiful smile.
"Wow aap kitne beautiful ho" Atharva said taking Nandini's and the boy's attention
"Thanks I guess" Nandini said awkwardly
"Aap single ho? Mere se shadi karoge?" Atharva asked making the cafe boy chuckle
"Beta tumhari education bhi complete Hui hai?" Nandini asked
