Destination: The motel

I slumped my body on to the motel's bed.

What a fucking idiot I am.

I picked up my phone and called my dad.

It took 3 seconds for him to answer back.

"Oh my god! Where are you? Are you okay? Y/n-" he stopped when he heard my sniffing, "What happened?" "Dad please pick me up, I am in earth 1610, I'm in L.A in a motel, I trusted someone I thought I could trust and-" "It's okay it's okay, I'll be there soon." he said.

He was right.

An hour later I heard a knock on my door.

I opened it and there stood my dad in his fucking leather jacket, "I didn't tell the lab where you were, or where I was going, figured we needed some time alon-" I hugged him tight.

He hugged me back, and I cried in his embrace.

"What's wrong baby? Who hurt you?" he questioned.

I didn't respond, I just kept crying.

*****

We sat on the rooftop of the 3 story motel and stared at the silent full moon, both sitting in silence, him drinking his can of coca cola, and me smoking my cigarette.

"I'm gay." I confessed.

He chuckled and drank his coke, "I know." he replied as he put the can down.

"Really? How?!?" "Last year, I introduced you to my best friends son, and all the girls were all up on him, and you were all up on his twin sister." I smiled at that memory he had, to think he never paid attention but he always did.

"I trusted a girl."

He  chuckled, "I trusted one too, then she gave me you, but of course later on she left, but I am glad she did, you were my best gift in life, my pride, my Y/n." he said as he pinched my cheek, I giggled.

I put the cigarette down.

"What did she do to you Y/n?" he asked, "Funny enough, she loves another version of me, from this planet. But she doesn't love me." I said as I put the cigarette in my mouth and inhaled the smoke.

"She is a fucking moron then, but again, you did choose a spider-woman."
I gasped, "How did you-" "We live in a 60 floor building, in the top where it's all glass too genius, always saw her swinging around just to talk to you. Never mentioned it because I knew it wasn't any of my business." he said with a shrug as he finished his drink.

I exhaled the smoke and narrowed my eyes back in the moon.

"I don't wanna do this anymore dad."

He looked at my bruised up arms from all the fights and tests.

He knew I was drained, he saw it, "I always wanted to see you grow up, go to prom, maybe become a fucking cheerleader or something, graduate, and go to college," he sighed and continued, "I wanted to see you get married, have lovely children, be an old grandpa and have you guys over for Friday dinners, celebrate Christmas and give them the latest toys and spoil them." I smiled, "I can still do some of that stuff." I said.

He chuckled, "It's my fault you were dragged into this mess, but I promise, I wanna help you fix it." I put my head on my dads shoulder, "And I will fix this mess." he said.

I knew what this meant.

So did he if he is promising this.

I already lost Gwen.

But my dad isn't someone I could loose.

No way in hell.
