You had to swim down to get closer to the teeth, and just in case anything happened, Weiss used her Semblance to speed you up in order to get in closer.

Weiss: (Sigh) Just hurry so we can enjoy our vacation.

You hurry to the mouth and begin to use FLUDD on all of the rotten teeth.
