"What?" Chuck said.
Everyone had quieted down when he responded. I nodded and smiled.
"I was just as surprised as you." I said.
He got up and walked towards me. I was nervous. His face softened and he gave me the biggest hug. It was rather tight but it was okay.
"I- can't believe it," tears ran down his face, "you're my sister!" He continued to hug me.
I hugged him back. It felt good to know that he was just as happy as I was.
Everyone started to cheer. When everyone settled down they were all dismissed. Alby told me and Chuck to stay.
He came up to us,
"Well. That's exciting news. I'm happy for both of you. No one here can say that they have family with them. Congratulations!" He smiled.
We both said thank you. Alby asked if I had remembered anything else. I didn't so I said no and he sent us off.
As we walked out, Chuck said,
