Xie Lian bathed taking the time of his life, unexpectedly really happy. Hua Cheng was curious as to what his Gege had done to his father to be so happy.

He asked, "Gege, what did you do to him?"

Xie Lian cocked his head towards Hua Cheng, "Oh him? I just punished him."

Hua Cheng chuckled, "Gege, I was asking for some details."

Xie Lian made a confused expression, "Why do you want to know San Lang?"

Hua Cheng was still smiling, "No particular reason. Just want to know what Gege did."

Xie Lian smiled, "I castrated him."

Hua Cheng started coughing out of nowhere. He was expecting anything but this. He spoke in surprise, "Ca-Castrate him?" he even stuttered a bit. Xie Lian didn't break his smile, "I did a lot more than that. But San Lang, it's better if you don't know. He is your father after all..."

Hua Cheng's face darkened, "I don't consider him my father. I stopped that 800 years ago."

Xie Lian shook his head, "Even so, there is no need for you to know. I am...actually pretty vicious when I want to be and...it was not a pretty picture...no need for you to know..."

Hua Cheng smiled, "Alright. I won't ask anything Gege doesn't want to tell. If Gege decides to tell me one day, I will listen."

Xie Lian spoke softly as he caressed Hua Cheng's cheek, "My San Lang is so considerate and sweet."

Hua Cheng kissed Xie Lian's palm. His eye was blazing with love as he looked at Xie Lian, the said man blushing under the intense loving gaze.

Xie Lian coughed a bit, then spoke, "Ah, San Lang, we should probably start looking for the Holder of Pandora. Knowing his worker has died, he probably wouldn't sit still."

Hua Cheng nodded, "Right. So, are we the only ones going?"
Xie Lian shook his head, "Feng Xin and Mu Qing are coming as well."

Hua Cheng was visibly annoyed, "Is that other lady coming too?"

Xie Lian blanked out in confusion for a second before finally remembering who he was talking about.

It was Lin Yue.

Even her name made Xie Lian's inside feel like it was poisoned.

Hua Cheng saw Xie Lian's expression go from confused to surprised to disgusted to angry. He suddenly sweatdropped, "Gege? Is something wrong?"

Xie Lian spoke darkly, "No no. What can be wrong, except the existence of that woman?"
