~*~ "Hey, Tanjiro?" You get his attention as he looks over his shoulder. "How do you spell... 'taco' in Spanish?" You question as Tanjiro caught his laugh.
"Isn't taco already a Spanish word?" Tanjiro blinked at you as you realized. You quickly hide your face in your clothing in embarrassment. Tanjiro gently slaps you in the back of the head, playfully with a laugh. "Silly you!" Tanjiro patted your back. You gently slap Tanjiro back, a smile spread on your face.
"Hey!" Tanjiro tried to get you back by reaching over the bed. You quickly got up, running out of the room to hide from him. You gather covers to place on top of your body. You cover your mouth, since you don't trust yourself, in case a small giggle escapes your mouth.
"Y/NNN... where are youu?"Tanjiro crept around the area to search and find you, though he had an advantage. His sense of smell. You knew exactly where you were, but played it off. He didn't even need his sharp sense, due to the fact your hiding place was very simple.
Tanjiro walked over to your hiding place, pulling the covers off of your body. "There you are!" Tanjiro put his free hand on his waist with a grin. You let out a small 'eep' as you try to get out of his grasp. Tanjiro blocked your exits as he playfully pinned you to the ground for cuddles. "Cuddle attack!" Tanjiro said, snuggling your body.
"Ehe, okay, okay!" You say, Tanjiro letting go of your body. Tanjiro patted your head, softly slapping it back when he got the chance. You both were worn out from being two toddlers for a moment.
"How childish we are." You let out a chuckle, glancing at Tanjiro as you laid your back on the floor. Luckily, the cool floor calmed both of your body temperatures down.
Tanjiro gave a small chuckle back. "Childish babies!" Tanjiro gave a nod, sitting up as you repeated his action. As Tanjiro got up, you hop on his back, stuffing your face in his dark red hair, eventually rubbing it back and forth with your hands.
"Hey, Y/N? Wanna know how I found you?" Tanjiro questioned as you hopped off his back, sitting on one of the beds with a quick nod.
"Wait! Was my hiding spot too obvious?" You question before he opens his mouth. "..No! Not at all!" Tanjiro hesitated for a moment before replying. It was true though, You were practically in the middle of the room, hiding.
Tanjiro pointed to his nose. "Sense of smell is how I found you!" Tanjiro grinned as you squint at him. "I can't tell if that's cheating or not." You blink.
Tanjiro shrugged, giving you a quick, tight hug that eventually turned into a cuddle. You both doze off on eachother, this moment never to be forgotten.
