I stood on the balcony and stared at the flames surrounding the castle. Anger and vengefulness burned in me like the flames .
Hundreds of shadowy soul spirits flew past me and I reached for one in a flash. My eyes blazed as I tightened my hand around the throat of the soul spirit.
Screaming from the pain of its misdeeds, it hung limply in my hand. My lips curled into a malicious smile and my eyes stood on fire.
Screeching, the soul burned in my outstretched hand. Almost instantly the picture blurred before my eyes and I became dizzy. Even this little spell pushed me to my limits. I screamed angrily.
Dazed, I went to my father's throne and sat on the lowest step in front of the throne. I hid my face in my hands and tried to suppress the dizziness. When the dizziness didn't go away I lay down on the cold stone step and closed my eyes.
