Crazy, Weird, Awesome, Cool, Fun Book of Randomness

BeCaUsE i MaDe YoU cUrIoUs...

Sooooo I posted a random announcement recently with a whole bunch of wack stuff in it (as I do often xD) and I didn't really mean to make y'all curious about this new story idea I've been obsessed with for the past few days, but it seems that's what I did heh

So even tho I've talked to some of y'all about it, here is a small explanation for those of you who are still curious xD

First of all, I'm only going to tell you the first part even tho I personally LOVE the second half (like better than the first) but I dont want to give spoilers in case I actually end up writing this some day. So it might sound a bit dull rn but I promise I have a whole bunch of other stuff I've thought up that RIPS MY FLIPPING HEART OUT- ... Sorry, I'll just stop there before I say too much xD

So the current tentative title is A Place Forgotten and if I could describe it in one sentence, I'd say its kinda like a Rapunzel, Peter Pan crossover kidna. I didn't mean to make it similar to those but it kinda just happened that way XD

Anyway, it would probably be told from two POVs, one from a character named Nattalin Herrony and the other from Eiakko (pronounced ee-A-co) Dyle, but I would consider Nattalin like that true MC.

Basically, Nattalin has an immune system issue and has had it since she was little so her parents don't let her out of the house (that's the Rapunzel vibe xD). She has a very big imagination; she loves reading books and creating stories in her head and looking out the windows to see as much of the world as she can.

One night, her parents are out of the house and she is home alone. A crazy lighting storm hits around the house and suddenly the front door opens. She is terrified to see a man (Eiakko) walk in and doesnt know what to do. But then he reveals his face and explains to her that he wasn't there to hurt her. She is still skeptical but is intruigued when he goes on to explain that he is from a world that wouldn't hurt her to explore, where she doesnt have to be afraid to see all the things she has been dreaming to see and has been imagining all her life. After some convincing, she agrees to go to this world with him and he reaches out and uses his magic to fade them to the other world.

Rn I don't have a name for the world but it's very Neverland-y but a little more whimsical if that makes any sense. For example, I have a scene where there are large cliffs and they jump off where a pink fog catches them at the bottom. On the other side of the cliffs is a cave with glowing mushrooms on the walls (Stellarlune vibes there xDD) and a sparkling sunset of a whole bunch of colors.

So yeah! I have like a whole bunch more planned out and all the heart breaking scenes but I don't want to spoil so I hope this contents you xD The only thing I'll hint to you about later on in the book is why I chose this title (still not completely sure on it but whatever). Basically, when Natta has to return to the real world, all her memories of the magical world have to be taken away. So that's why it's called A Place Forgotten.

Yep, that's that XD Hope you enjoyed seeing a bit of my idea process! Also, don't expect this story to be writen anytime soon haha Maybe not ever. I just don't want to get your hopes up if you really like it, but I like it so maybe you will see it in the future xD
