"I can't believe you kids finally made it here,"

"I can't believe you guys, let you dad tag along," Hope muttered lowly, throwing a glance at the twins,

"I can't believe he's this excited, about college," Lizzie scoffed,

"I can't believe his still talking," I added on gaining the girl's attention, "He's been talking ever since we left Mystic Falls, which was three hours ago,"

"I think he just nervous," Josie retorted trying to sound compassionate,

We all turned and gave her a 'are you serious?' look, to which she just shrugged off with a smile.

Today was Move-In at Whitmore College, or well, more like the first day of move in week. Classes officially begun in the second week of September, but they allotted this week for freshmen to move in, be orientated and get the feeling of college life.

It was different to what I had grown accustomed to, the large spaces, big buildings, loads of people, most of whom are human. It was a change in pace, and once I gladly welcomed. The one part I didn't care for what the unwanted chaperoning.

"Guys, check this out, over there is the science department, where they recently installed a solar powered, fusion generator which powers the entire left half of the campus," Dr. Saltzman pointed out with a grin as wide as a mile, before turning and pointing to another building, "And over their is the auditorium, where mostly general announcements and official events are held, oh! And over there-"

"He's still talking," I whispered lowly to the girls, and Hope signed deeply,

"I am most envious of the boys, seeing as they decided to drive ahead of us, they did not have to withstand this..." Cleo begun to say, her voice trailed off as Dr. Saltzman pointed to another place on campus and begun another spiel about it, "...enlightening tour,"

"Mhm, Jed just cuddling privileges for a week," I said looking over at her, and she snorted a laugh, "If this goes on for any longer, its gonna be a month,"

"Hmm, almost like we all haven't gotten a tour of the entire campus a few weeks about," Hope muttered, she threw her hair over her shoulders and hoisted the boxes of her things higher up in her arms,

"Ugh! My ears are bleeding," Lizzie groaned,

"Hey dad! Maybe we can go the rest of the way on our own?" Josie called out, which caused her father to stop in his tracks, he turned and looked at the five of us with confused looks, Josie rolled her suitcase in front of her and Lizzie dropped her duffel bag on it, sighing loudly,

"What? But I thought you all wanted the true college experience?" Dr. Saltzman asked her, before throwing a look to the rest of us,

"Yeah, we do, but without the sixth wheel," Hope said with half smile, he blinked once, twice, before he caught onto her words,
