"Help me! Sir Pendragon! The young lad screamed from the chained position on a nearby tree, but his voice was drowned out by the sound of metal clashing. Arthur raised his blade to block on incoming blow but stumbled backwards from the sheer strength of the Dark Knight's swing. In the far distance, a castle burns as the war of the two opposing forces collide. Arthur tried and tried but the Dark Knight kept up his onslaught of swings and strikes, with one powerful swing Arthur lost his sword and with another quick move from the Dark Knight, Arthur was flat on back. Tired from the battle, he pushed his helmet off revealing his face, his breaths were labored and sweat covered his brow, but his expression only darkened as the Dark Knight stepped forward to swing a killing blow down upon. Arthur placed a still face as he readied himself for defeat. As his blade swung downwards, the strike fell short as his arm and blade fell to the ground. Arthur watched in awe as an axe swirled through the air, after disarming his adversary (literally), the axe shimmer with a rainbow of colors before fling back across the field. Arthur rose to his feet and followed it path and saw the young lad standing beside a Knight cloaked in red armor. Slowly the knight raised their hood, revealing to them that they were in fact, a red hair woman-" the voice spoke but a hearty laugh made them stop,

Rafael's p.o.v

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Hold up..." I said with a laugh, causing Landon to stop reading, "you're out of control, bro,"

"What? We know you're descended from King Arthur's bloodline. Everything I'm saying could have happened," Landon said holding uo the story book at me,

"Yeah. Could have," I stated with a bored look, "what are Hope and Kaeden doing there, exactly?"

"I... I got carried away. Look, I don't understand how you're not into this. If I knew I was descended from kings..." Landon started to say, but I stood up and cut him off,

"That's always been the difference between you and me, Lan. You've always wanted to be special. I've just wanted to be normal. Have a... a home, friends and a family. And look, now that we have that, I don't need some fantasy role-playing to tell me where I come from," I said as I walked and stood over him,

"This is history," He said bluntly back to and I chuckled

"And after all we've been through, " I said before easily taking the book from him and walking away, "look, I'm done looking back,"

"Okay, fine, can you just give me my book back, please?" Landon asked following me,

"This book?" I asked glancing over my shoulder at him,

"Yes, that book. Just give me the book," Landon said, he lunged for the book but I sidestepped him and placed him in a headlock, and I laughed at his struggle, "Wait, wait, no. Stop, stop. Raf, let go now,"

"I can't hear you..." I said rubbing his head, I took and left out a breathless laugh, "I-I can't hear you,"

"Raf, stop," Landon complained, I let him go and he looked up at me with a strange look,

"What?" I asked and he pointed at my nose, I swiped my nose and looked down only to see, what looked like blood on my finger tips, "Huh?"

My chest tightened and I felt something bubble from my stomach to my mouth. My knees caved in and I fell forward but Landon moved and held me back up, but it wasn't of any use as I leaned forward and vomited up more of the black bloody substance.
