Mk was roughly taken to the court room, each guard grabbing each of his arm as hard as possible. Mk could feel bruises form with how harshly they pushed and pulled him around. Mk couldn't help but feel relieved when they finally sat him down. He looked up and was met with the harsh, cold stare that was the king. The queen, sat next to him. She was clearly pissed about something he did. And finally, sat Redson. Mk looked around, and saw a group of people on his right, he guessed they were his jury. He saw some people he recognized, seeing Mei's parents.

"Today we are here for the trial of Qí Xiăotiān." The king announced, his tone so venomous. A demon bull clone came into a podium, pulling out a scroll looking paper he read out loud.

"The victim has arrived! Sir Qí Xiăotiān is a knight in our kingdom, after an attack by the monkey king it was revealed he was the monkey's successor. Therefore, it is guessed that he has something to do with the attack, Sir, how do you plead?" Everyone looked at Mk, everyone's eyes were on him, he couldn't help but feel nervous, no matter what he said, he knew, they already made their decision.

"I plead..not guilty!" Mk shouted, he glared the king down, meeting the ferocious gaze with equal intensity.

"Alright, state thy reasoning!" They yelled,

"I defended the king, the prince, everyone in the castle. I even went against my mentor, attacked him even with the injuries of fighting the undead." Mk hissed out, all of his angry thought surfacing and spewing out his mouth.
The jury gasped, clearly not have been given the information.

"Thy is brave accusation, any witnesses?"

"Why, yes actually. The very own king and prince! They watched first hand as I fought for them!" Mk said, forcing himself to remain calm as his frustration bubbled inside him.

"Is that true, your majesties? Remember, even royalty is under oath."

The king was silent, but Redson wasn't " I watched first hand as my knight defended me, even went as far as attacking Sun Wukong off of father."

"... I cannot lie, he did defend me..but how am I to know he did that to gain my trust? That's why he's on trail." The king said in a bored tone, as if he knew what the outcome was going to be, he seemed so tired, so..done.
Everyone looked to Mk expecting him to retaliate, "I made an oath."

"Yes, you did." The king agreed, "but need that be your only evidence to save you?" Mk stared at the king, he really wanted to hate him, yet he respected the man.

"You majesty, if I wanted Sun Wukong to murder you, why would I defend you? No offense, your majesty, but Wukong could very easily defeat you. Why prolong it? Why would I have agreed to the crest, something that will quite literally kill me if I betray the kingdom." Mk stated, looking around the room subtly as people began murmuring agreements. The king seemed to finally see reason as everyone of the jury slammed a jovial for Mk, shouting "not guilty" even Redson softly whispered it.

"Alright. This concluded the trail, Qí Xiăotiān, you are..Not-" suddenly the roof collapsed as a certain monkey man stood on its remains, he stood up and glared at the king. Then he smirked narcissistly to the crowd.

"HEEEYYY Mk!" He dragged out the 'k' in his name and Mk's al Mk almost instantly started glaring daggers at the monkey. He tried to release his hands but we're painfully kept together in his cuffs.

"Damn, guess we said your name too many times.." Mk Growled, Wukong smirked wider. The jury ran out, screaming.

The king went to punch the monkey, but he dodged. The swing hit Mk's stand and sharp wood chunks flew into Mk's face. He hissed in pain as he felt one break skin. Redson had appeared next to Mk, key in hand. He leaned in behind Mk and slowly unlocked Mk's locks. They dropped to the ground with a loud clang.

Woah..

Mk had underestimated how heavy those cuffs were...

But enough of that..

Mk was pissed.
