36. "How bitchy of me though....right...?"

(Me realizing I have to go back through my entire story, because I've been spelling ROTXO'S name wrong! I swear it was spelled ROXTO, But I guess not! But anyway enjoy!)

'Y/n's Pov'

Ao'nung smiled at me, as he rubbed the side of my arm. I laughed and looked down, quickly bringing my head back up to look at him. "Well, you've only seen the outside, wanna look around" Ao'nung said with his hands out. I smiled at him, but then got an idea, "What if we go get the others, I know they would love to see this. Then you can tour all of us". Ao'nung's smile dropped slightly, but he agreed.

I grabbed onto his hand and pulled him back towards the water. I was facing away from the water, walking backwards, looking at Ao'nung. "That is really impressive you know, can't believe you and Rotxo did all of that". Ao'nung laughed as he rolled his eyes, " Should I be offended at how little you think of me, or should I be flattered at you complementing the craftsman ship". I stopped walking and squinted at him.

"It's a compliment, you idiot" I said while shaking my head. He laughed, "I know, just messing with you, let's go". He walked past me and walked out into the water. I walked out into the water with him, putting my hand over his mouth. He gave me a confused look, "Watch this" I said with a smirk. I removed my hand and started to call out to someone special. Once I was done, we looked out into the water.

Ao'nung scoffed and then chuckled, "What the hell was that". I stayed silent as we waited. Ao'nung just stared at me, I could feel his gaze. I pointed towards the water, causing him to turn his attention to Payakan. He quickly turned back to me. I walked past him, sticking my tongue out. I swam next to Payakan and placed my hand on his side before signing to him, 

-Hello friend, Thank you for coming! It is good to see you, as always-

Payakan cooed out

-The others are worried about you, I'm glad you are okay, they will be happy to see you, we must go quickly-

Ao'nung gave me a look, as he understood what Payakan said. I quickly climbed up onto his fin and Ao'nung joined me. We held on tight as Payakan took off towards the village.

~Once We Were Back On The Island~

I dove into the water, with Ao'nung following behind me. We quickly ran up the shore, back to the main part of the village. Jake, Tonowari, Neytiri and Ronal were in a circle with a few other Metkayina na'vi. One of the Metkayina people saw us and shouted as he pointed towards us. Both my family and Ao'nung's quickly came over to us. 

Jake grabbed onto my arms, looking over my body. Neytiri looked at me, her eyes filled with relief. I quickly put my head down as I could hear Tonowari and Ronal scolding Ao'nung. "What were you thinking, running off like that, without telling us" Jake said sounding angry and worried. "I'm sorry, the time got away from us, I didn't mean to worry anyone". Out of the corner of my eye I saw Lo'ak and Neteyam running towards us. 

Lo'ak pushed through and Jake stepped to the side. He glared at me, " Where the hell did you go, we were worried sick" he shouted. Neteyam stood next to him, also glaring at me. My ears lowered as I looked between the two of them. "I'm sorry, I just went with Ao'nung-".

"Alone! Alone with Ao'nung! After what he did to Lo'ak, and you don't think to tell any of us! You just leave with him!" Neteyam yelled. Jake put his hand on Neteyam's shoulder, pulling him back a little. "Watch it" Jake said firmly. Tonowari signaled for Jake and Neytiri to follow him and Ronal. Jake sighed as I removed his hand from Neteyam's shoulder. Him and Neytiri walked towards Ronal and Tonowari. The four of them walked away slowly, "We'll be back" Jake said quickly.

I looked down and sighed. "Hey! Calm down, go easy on her. This wasn't her fault it was mine" Ao'nung said stepping next to me. I looked up and and saw Lo'ak and Neteyam staring down Ao'nung. 

Lo'ak chuckled, "No one was talking to you, fish boy". Ao'nung got in Lo'ak's face and the two started arguing. I stepped in between the two, placing my hands on Lo'ak's chest. Neteyam stepped next to Lo'ak, yelling at Ao'nung and Ao'nung's friends came over and stood with him. I tried to calm them down but they could barley hear me over their own voices.

I suddenly felt Neteyam grab my waist and pull me out of the way. I turned around and saw one of Ao'nung's friends punch Lo'ak. "STOP" I yelled out, but Neteyam let go of me and pushed the reef boy away from his brother. The reef boy swung at Neteyam but he ducked down, then stood up punching the reef boy in the jaw. Lo'ak got up and blocked another Metkayina na'vi from hitting his brother.

Soon it was like their first fight all over again. I ran over to the group and tried to pull Lo'ak off of the boy. "Lo'ak! PLEASE!" I cried out, while trying to pry him off. "Y/n" Rotxo called out to me. I turned and looked at him and saw Spider and Kiri, " Help me" I yelled. Rotxo, Kiri and Spider ran over. Spider helped me pull Lo'ak off of the reef boy, while Kiri and Rotxo handled Neteyam.

Kiri, Rotxo and Spider kept Lo'ak and Neteyam away from the four boys. I crouched down, placing my hand over the one reef boy's head, where he had a small cut. I looked up at the other two and Ao'nung. Ao'nung looked sad, I felt so bad. He crouched down next to me, "We'll make sure he's taken care of, you go with them". My ears lowered even more as I opened my mouth to speak but nothing came out. 

A tear ran down my cheek, as Ao'nung and the other two helped their friend up, taking him to the medical pod. I got up and walked over to Lo'ak and Neteyam, pushing past Kiri and Rotxo. I glared at the two of them. "What the hell is wrong with you two". Neteyam scoffed, "What's wrong with us! What's wrong with you, running off with your little lover boy, having a bitchy attitude, I mean what were you even-". I felt nothing but hurt in that moment. Neteyam looked at me, "Y/n..I didn't mean that I'm-". 

"Lover boy! Are you serious- No...you wanna know what I was doing! I was with him because he was showing me an island, he found it and had Rotxo help him clear it out. It looks like the forest...he prepared it for us...so if we ever got home sick we could go there...or live there if we wanted to...there are two trees that look like the one we use to live in when we were kids...it was a surprise for all of us, I wanted to come get you all so you could see..."

Neteyam and Lo'ak's faces dropped. Neteyam reached for my hand, "I'm so so-". I pulled my hand away, "How bitchy of me though....right..." I said before I walked away, not even giving anyone a chance to say anything. I walked past the pod and Jake tried to stop me, but I ignored him and kept walking.
