Hwang was property to the people. They loved looking at me through magazines, their phones, laptops, or walking by a massive billboard in the middle of bustling Seoul. They saw a pretty face. A young man that will decide the future of their country. A possible son-in-law. The media molded me into this perfect man everyone wanted to be around, to be a part of my exciting life.

It was exhausting. The mask they forced me to wear was forged out of fake, heavy smiles. They were scorched into my skin. It felt impossible to remove. Even if I wanted to.. Just to fucking breathe for once.

"It's time for the shirtless photo, sir."

Half of the week had passed since I got back from Japan. There was no time to sit still and reflect on things, because the moment I set foot in Seoul I got swept away by the money current.

Time was never patient with me. And neither was my father. He immediately gave me a pile of things to do and every one of those Felix tailed along. Which made it even more exhausting. The never-ending questions were sucking the energy out of my brain, that each night—when my head finally hit my bed pillow—I fell into a deep, dreamless sleep.

So when Friday night was only a few hours away, it was undoubtedly that I wasn't very keen on the idea of going out. But I seemed to have promised Felix in the mountains that I would show him Seoul nightlife, or nightlife in general because he never experienced one. And letting him go on his own wasn't debatable.

"Hyung, I have nothing to wear for tonight. I only brought my daywear from Australia.."

My cousin stood on my heels three times by now when he followed me along the corridors of the headquarters of Lee Group. Every hour that crept closer to the end of the work week, Felix got more excited. He was practically buzzing at five in the afternoon. I made a mental note to myself to not give him any coffee past four.

"Then go shopping," was my short but simple solution. We got into my office which overlooked Namsan Tower from afar. I took a seat behind my desk and grabbed a stack of folders and scanned through the documents. Felix hopped onto my desk to try and see what I was doing while swaying with his legs.

"Are you coming with?"

"No." I pressed the pad of my finger between my eyebrows, trying to ease the headache that simmered beneath the folded skin.

"Please?"

"You see all this?" Felix followed my hand which showed the documents strewn over my desk. He slowly nodded. "I need to go through all of it before tonight. So if you want to go to the club.. let me please finish this."
