2 WEEKS LATER

10:02 AM / KYH

It's been around two weeks since that day and I still haven't told Minji anything. I did try a few times, but fear got the best of me and beating around the bush didn't work on her because she didn't exactly understand what I was saying. I did get a few scolding sessions from Bora and Siyeon and they did understand me to a certain extent, but of course, I had to tell Minji soon or... never.

There were exactly 10 days left before the finals and I've been studying like an absolute maniac and not spending enough time with Minji like I should've. Today, I promised her that I'd go out with her and spend all day with her and she said she had a gift for me. I was very excited to finally spend quality time with Minji and couldn't wait for the school day to be over.

We had a literature test today and I was already done with it before everyone. Since I had a surprisingly good relationship with my class, we all exchanged answers so we could all pass the test without anyone failing.

"*whisper* Psst, Yooh. Can you tell me the answer to this?"

I looked over to my left and Chaewon was begging for the answers to our literature test. Bora was absent today because she got sick and Chaewon took this opportunity to sit next to me so we could chat. She sat next to me before Minji managed to get here, which definitely started a little rivalry war between them - it was cute.

"*whisper* It's 시조 (si-jo). How do you not know that?"

"*whisper* Shut up! I couldn't study at all because of that stupid Kkura cousin of yours-"

I looked at her with a raised eyebrow and she made a peace sign with her hand. She even has a nickname for her?!

"*whisper* We didn't do anything of that kind yet, I swear!"

"YET!?"

The teacher shushed at me and I apologized, feeling bitter at what Chaewon said. She said it was because they were watching movies all night and not doing anything of that sort and I felt a bit relieved, not gonna lie. That woman Sakura better not do anything to change my innocent little Chaewon.. She was still too pure for that.

I then felt a tap on my shoulder and I slightly turned around to look at my classmate and he pointed towards Minji. I looked over to her and she was smiling like an idiot, which confused me. I saw her hand under the table motion a little gesture that we both invented whenever we wanted to ask for something in secret and I immediately recognized what she wanted.

I raised my hand to go to the bathroom and so did Minji. The teacher looked at us in disbelief and excused us. We both silently left the classroom and the moment we were out, we ran like little kids to the bathroom.

We checked if there wasn't anyone under the stalls for safety reasons and.. we were alone.

I smiled at Minji and she didn't waste any time and plastered her lips on mine, pushing me inside a bathroom stall and locking the door behind us, pinning me to it. I placed my hands on her neck to deepen the kiss and she held me by my waist, bringing our bodies closer. Every time we kiss, it's like a feeling that I can never describe with words. Everything around us stoped moving and it was just me and her in our own, small world.

Minji pulled out the kiss to take a breath and looked at my smudged lipstick, smirking at the view. I placed my hand on her cheek and caressed her bottom lip, smiling at how gorgeous she looked.

"You were rougher this time, Jiu. I guess you missed me that much?"

"You have no idea how much I wanted to kiss you."
