"N-No.. Yoohyeon.."

I tightly held Yoohyeon's weak body in my arms and noticed a huge crowd of people running towards us, some of them calling paramedics in panic and worry.

Bora quickly rushed to us while crying and started shaking Yoohyeon to wake up. Siyeon tightly hugged Bora to calm her down and tried to get her to stop panicking, while Siyeon herself was close to breaking down as well. Dami and Handong were holding Yoohyeon's shoulders in worry, not knowing what to do and I.. I wasn't paying attention to my surroundings at all. I didn't look at the huge crowd of teachers around us, all the students screaming and talking to their parents over the phone or my friends trying to calm everyone and themselves down - I was just looking at Yoohyeon..

"Baby.. wake up.. please.."

Less than 5 minutes later, paramedics arrived and took Yoohyeon away inside an ambulance to regain her consciousness back in a hurry. I was just sitting on the ground and looking at my hands. They were covered in Yoohyeon's blood. I felt my vision get blurry because of my teary eyes and everything around me became silent. I saw my friends talk to me as well, but I only watched their mouths move in slow motion and them waving their hands infront of me.

I felt Handong shake my body but I wasn't feeling anything. I felt numb. I watched the unconscious body of my girlfriend get taken away from me and many doctors trying to keep her alive. A single tear rolled down my cheek as I was watching a doctor try his best to wake Yoohyeon up.

"Minji! Get back to your fucking senses and go to Yoohyeon!"

I heard the muffled voice of Siyeon calling me. I turned to look at her and then back at the ambulance that was about to leave. I suddenly got up and ran after one of the doctors.

"W-Where are you taking her?"

"Yongsan Hospital. Are you someone she's close to?"

"Yes, I-I am. Is she going go be okay?"

"She lost a lot of blood, but she will be stable. Please try to stay calm and let the other doctor check you up as well."

He held me by my shoulders and sat me on a bench while another doctor checked my eyesight and my wounds. He gasped after seeing so many old and new bruises, as well as my bandaged ribs and broken fingers.

"You have a few broken ribs and two broken fingers. Are you feeling any pain?"

"No.. Please let me see Yoohyeon."

"Ms. Kim Yoohyeon will be sent to the hospital right now... We need to take you as well, those bruises won't heal soon by themselves. Please cooperate with us and follow me to the ambulance."

I didn't have the power nor energy to argue, so I let them do whatever they wanted, as long as I'd get to see Yoohyeon the moment she was awake.

It's been a few hours and Yoohyeon's surgery was done. Ryujin and Yuna were caught by the cops and were sent to another hospital. If they were here I probably would've done the same thing they did to Yoohyeon. Maybe even worse.

The others were waiting in the corridor. Bora was sleeping on Siyeon's shoulder after crying for hours while Dami and Handong were getting questioned by the cops. I was getting my last checkup by the nurses. They wrapped my hand in a plaster and gave me painkillers and antidepressants to calm down because my adrenaline was still high.
