"Uh Yoohyeon.. What is this place?"

"It's my favorite spot to just relax, I'm sure you'll like it."

I told Minji to take us to an abandoned cottage house near the beach and she didn't think twice and brought us here with her bike. It was a very calming spot since no one knew of this area. After a few minutes of walking, we reached the spot and I pointed at a small tent. I told her to wait and just watch.

"Pie~! Come out, Hyeonie is here!"

I happily clapped as a little puppy jumped out from the tent and ran towards me. I couldn't hide my smile as I watched Pie run around in circles the moment she heard me call out her name.

"Minji, this is Sapphire or Pie for short. She's a little puppy I found near this area, but I like to think she found me instead."

"Wow.. So cute.."

"I know right?"

"I meant you though."

I pretended to gag as a joke and Minji pouted like a little kid. We both laughed and smiled at Pie staring at us while tilting her head to the side. She slowly moved towards Minji and sniffed her a few times before instantly getting comfortable and sitting down next to us while wagging her tail.

"I think Pie likes you."

"Good, because I think I like her more."

Minji picked the puppy up and hugged her while baby-talking to her. I moved closer to pet Pie, but when she smelled my scent she immediately jumped on my lap and tried to lick my face. I saw Minji pull out her phone and take a picture of us. I pretended to not notice the camera so it looked more authentic.

"You sure do look hella good in pictures Yoohyeon."

Wait, did she just compliment me? I swear I felt my cheeks heat up after hearing her compliment. She noticed how flustered I got and scratched her neck while looking away. Who's the flustered one now, hm?

Suddenly, I got a phone call by someone. It was Bora and she wanted to face time me. I put the doggy down and pulled Minji to show up on the screen next to me so she knows we're both okay. I answered the call and saw that Bora was with.. Siyeon? Siyeon noticed Minji peaking from my side and happily exclaimed.

"Oh my gosh, Minjwi!? Hey there bestie- wait, why are you with Yoohyeon?"

Minji waved her hand and hid herself behind me with just her head peaking above my shoulder. Bora was looking at Siyeon as if she was the biggest idiot on the planet.

"Siyeon, I already told you that they left together a bit ago, you idiot."

"Ahh, Right! I forgot hehe."

We were listening to the two talk to eachother and completely forget about our existence, but I fake coughed so they could finally notice us again.

"Oh, sorry. Where are you two? Everyone's talking about the 'sudden kidnapping of Kim Yoohyeon'."

"Is that really the name they could think of? It sounds so lame."

"That's not important now Yoohyeon, did you actually run away from school?"

"Yes, I-.. We did."

"You- *sigh* just be careful out there and pray that it won't be bad on your diploma. Handong doesn't know yet so I bet it'll be absolute heart-stopping news for her."
