"Hmm.. Maybe something like 'I lwove my Jyu sooo much~ that I have mwore impowtant things to think abwout than to smwooooch and fwuck her all the twime~' "
She teased me by trying to kiss my cheek and I hit her head with the water bottle. She pouted like a child and I pat her head as an apology but she was definitely right... to a very small extent. Yoohyeon had been reading that book the whole time and hasn't been as talkative as usual, which did indeed sadden me a bit, but I was worried for something else.
"I know you're sad she's not giving you attention but just let her be. Bora told me that she's been dreaming about going to that college for years."
"I'm not worried about that Siyeon. I just.. Will everything be the same?"
"What do you mean?"
"I mean, what if she gets accepted there and decides to go, what will happen to us? Will she just.. leave everything behind?"
"That's the reason why she didn't want to tell you the truth, hun. She's scared of the risk she'll have to take.. but hey, it might turn out better than you think, y'know? Just let her figure it out and when it's time, she'll tell you."
"I guess you're right, thanks for the talk Siyeon."
"Well of course, I am your savior after all. C'mon, we have literature now, let's go."
She gave me a pat on my shoulder before taking her bag and leaving before me. I took a last glance at Yoohyeon and walked up to her, slightly surprising her. I smiled and leaned in for a kiss. She giggled at me and quickly pecked my lips and waved her hand.
The moment I left the classroom, my smile faded away and I was thinking about what I said earlier. If Yoohyeon really left for college, would we still be together? Distance relationships were hard, but I'd go through anything as long as I'd get to hear her lovely voice everyday.
It all made me think that I shouldn't take anything for granted because even the best person to have ever existed could be gone.. I wanted the best for Yoohyeon and if she decided to study abroad, I'd happily support her decision even if it left me feeling a bit lonely. It's the least I can do for the girl who saved me countless of times.

The last school bell rang and students started exiting their classrooms and dash out to go home as fast as possible. I waited outside for Minji and read my book in the meantime. It was an English dictionary book I got from the library because I heard I needed to have C1 English knowledge or a certificate to be accepted which sounded ridiculous, but I had to study hard for it.
Soon, Minji appeared with a rather pouty face. I put the book back in my bag and cuped her cheeks and kissed her pout away.
"What's wrong Minji? Did something happen?"
"I'm sorry, but you'll have to be alone for a few days.."
"Huh? Why!?"
"My brother finally left the country for a while, so now someone has to take care of Cherry. His maid took a few days off and I'm the only one available. And I haven't been home in a while, so I'll stay there for a few days."
