However, Nine-World Elven Ancestral Tree is not omnipotent that it could give birth into anything. For instance, it wasn't capable of producing something that is a product of civilization. For instance, refined pills and forged weapons for cultivation world and phones and the likes from the earth.

Nine-World Elven Ancestral Tree told him that it could produce Sky-Rank Inheritance Stone in a day, Heaven-Rank Inheritance Stone in a week and Monarch-Rank Inheritance Stone in a month. It could produce Emperor-Rank Inheritance Stone after six months and a whole year for Holy-Rank. Ten years for Divine-Rank and a whole 100 years for True-Rank.

The expected time were according to the time flow of Nexus Realm. Therefore, it'll be times seven inside the [Inner World]. The higher the rank of Inheritance Stone, the better but it'll take a long time to acquire it.

It could be said that Cole only need to wait for a day and he could mass produce what Pirro just give him using his Summoning Grimoire's [Creation Magic] and the Sky-Rank Inheritance Stone the Nine-World Elven Ancestral Tree will produce.

Cole and the officers of the city were extremely busy on different matters regarding the process of the city and the problems that sprung up along the way.

For example, a week after announcing independency, under the suppression of external and local merchants, the prices of basic commodities of the whole city sprung up and majority of commoners got drained of their budgets.

Without telling them the reason, they could tell that the reason why the prices drastically increased were because of the new city lord. If not because of him, the merchants shouldn't have increased the prices.

In addition that Cole is the reason of many changes in the city like losing jobs of the majority, the commoners might not say anything but anyone could feel that they're starting to hate the new management.

Cole already anticipated it and eventhough he don't control the decisions of merchants, external and local, he also anticipate that the populace will have a bad opinion of him if that happens. He won't deny that he practically cause everything that happen in the city.

However, before the commoners got consumed by many problems and food dilemmas, the city lord started to provide food supplies.

The same as before, the supplies they received depends on the count of heads in the family. It was a good news that even the elderly and children were given the same amount of food supply but it was cream of the top that even a new born were included in head count. The food pack were to be given weekly.

Per head, one will receive a five kilograms of rice, two kilograms of corn, one kilogram of eggplant and one head of cabbage.

For commoner family who live their whole lives saving whatever food they can and just consume what is needed, and only ate two times a day—morning and in the night—, that amount is enough for adult man who do heavy work for a week.
