From the line of forge a cute robot came out. Like a baby, with ribbons in its head
X-Eon was its name. The daughter of two histories. Paradoxes she enjoys
Free of will she lived. All was good until she got wed
She got too attached to life. A love carried by both until her heart no longer stood with poise
From inception, she knew what she liked. Discovering the mysteries of life was her passion
Although she was a robot, she understood her place in existence
It wasn't until she met a boy her age that she forgot compassion
The two spent time and again together. At the expense of their hearts distance
The name Sophia, she said one day. She wanted the boy to call her by that name
The boy asked why that name, and the robot replied with a smile and said:
"It's our future daughter's name. I can't have children though, so I want to be called the same"
"Children? I'm too young for that kind of stuff" said the boy while tilting his head
"Perhaps you are," said Eon. "But I was made way back when you were 40 years old
"The boy just tilted his head once again. Not sure of what Sophia said just now
"Now then, why don't take a walk in the beach?" Today is not too cold
The boy answered a still-confused Ok but, inside his mind, he kept asking how
It was probably a slip of the tong by her. I guess there is a bug in her dictionary?
Regardless, both youths strolled along until dusk sat in
At one point, Eon asked the boy if he would be able to, like the movies, her body carry
Although the metal she was made from was thin, the boy knew the true definition of metal skin
Both laughed and moved on quickly as the way to their homes was long enough
Eon asked him something odd once again: "Can I be your blueprint model?"
"Blueprint model? For what?" Said the boy with no clue about any stuff
"Yeah, dummy! For when you decide to make me! Oh, but I want a pretty noddle"
The boy, once again, stood confused and brush it off as just some silly thing
Not long, he started to ponder why Sophia started saying such weird words
The time flew by. From summer to winter and from autumn to an air spring
One day. Eon was sitting, silently, atop a tree. Diligently hearing the metal birds
"I planted this tree when you died, father." Eon said to the boy that was down the tree"
"I also dug up your grave when my heart couldn't handle being apart anymore. I missed my husband too much"
"I also wanted my creator to live alongside us three"
"But, alas, civilization was gone. Only this tree's crane remained inmune to nature's touch"
"Sophia." The boy said in a quiet voice. "What is all these things that you are saying?"
"I do not remember any of it. All I know right now is that you are being weird and I don't like it. Please, stop"
"Why would I?" Said Eon. "If I stop, Milch will never make me. X will never be born. So, please, Milch. Let us stop playing"
"It been 25 years since Milch died. Today, it would have been our 100th anniversary. Now I know life. You taught me that. And now you sit atop"
The boy did not know how to react. He couldn't make sense of anything she just said
So, at last, he asked straight up. "Who is Milch? Who am I to you and what is any of this, Sophia? Please, explain to me"
Eon hopped down. Stood at intimate distance and said: "Let us rest. All of us. Eon, Sophia, Milch, X. I will shut us down to our resting bed"
The boy backed away from her. Terrified. That robot was no longer she
"Come on, Milch. Rust is starting to creep on us." Eon whispered to him
"Please, make me so I, in turn, can make you. Please, marry me so Sophia, in turn, can plant this tree"
"Please, build me now. Finish our daughter inside your garage and marry her on a whim"
"Marry us, Milch. Build us. Engrave this date forever. Return to rust and be free. Please, Milch. Let our hearts be"
"I'm me. Your loves. Teach a robot to have a heart"
"Teach her to have fun. To grieve and to enjoy"
"Teach her to never be apart, but also to know when to depart"
"Please, Elias. Introduce her to that boy"
