Life is not about how successful you are or aren't. Life is about accomplishments and it doesn't matter how many you have or haven't. You can waste your time away by pursuing some unachievable goal but, the truth is, that it doesn't matter. As long you accomplish things at your pace, at your time and with your merits, you are already making goals for yourself. You are already achieving them. Do they matter? Are those goals going to support you in your life ahead? That depends on you.

Let's say your business wasn't successful. Now what? You still accomplished a lot of things just to get it running, right? That, in it of itself, is worth your time. You proved yourself not a business owner, but a business starter at the very least. You can help other people start theirs, become a shareholder or something and still make a living out of your skills. You can make a career out of that if you want.

Now, how about school? Studies and deadlines, grades, pressures and expectations. Oh, dear me, that's got to be awful, right? As long as you make your own accomplishments, it doesn't matter whether you got a perfect score or flunked every exam. That just means you are good for some things and some others not so much. Yeah, yeah, you got to appeal to the ones regarding you in pedestals and whatnot because you just discovered your hidden talent and such and want to make us of it however you can and start living off of that so that those same people that held you high in their minds can shower you with praise and goods, material or not. You know what I say to all that stuff I just mentioned to you? It is correct, in fact. You have to appeal, to have to meet expectations. You have to have a sense of pride and humbleness in balance so that only you, knowing all of this, can start thinking for yourself and what you are capable of by making accomplishments of your own accords and rules. Of your own pressures and your own everything. What? It didn't work? Like, at all? Now everyone has turned their backs on you? Well, you still have yourself to make happy, you know. You still have yourself even if all others gave you nothing but false support or encouragement. You still have an obligation to yourself to make you proud of what you have done up to this point. Nothing, and I meant it when I said it back then, nothing is worth your time and effort if you are not happy with it. If your inner self is discouraged, hopeless and stuff, then you are doing something wrong.

Life, like I said, is not measured in success. Is measured in time spent. Spent on what? In doing stuff. What stuff? I think you have got the idea by now.

So, what? Now I go through life pretending something that I am not? Just for the sake of making myself happy? What if I am something that I am not? Am I faking it until I make it? Well, correct, again. No one is born knowing what they will become. Some are born into a set life for them, but they are free to choose another path if they so please. Destiny, fate and predetermination are stupid things that people caged themselves in out of fear of discovering new things for themselves, sometimes, in themselves. Some don't even try. Why? Because they don't know better. They don't know how to live by themselves without something, or someone, guiding them. You know what I say to that? It is completely fine. We humans live together. We do stuff together. From one to others by each other's. Now, turn that saying into something for yourself. From you to you by you, right? A goal from you to you set by you. A limit, an expectation, a means to an end, whatever. All that comes from you and is directed to you, is made by no other but you. Your feelings, your mental health and physical prowess, to some extents of course, are all you. No one is yourself but you. No one can do yourself but you. And you, only you, can fake yourself until you become yourself.
