I listened to her and shed a single tear. She leaned towards me to wipe my tear away and placed her hand on my cheek. She weakly smiled and placed a soft peck on my lips to make me smile and I did.

"You gave me strength, Jiu. You are the reason why I'm still alive."

"Yoohyeon, I love you so much.. You don't even know."

"I love you even more baby. Come here and cuddle with me."

She moved aside and made space for me to lay down next to her and I snuggled closer and hugged her waist. She leaned her head on mine and caressed my hand with her soft touch. I loved the warmth I felt when I was with her, it was so relaxing and peaceful that I wanted to stay like that for the rest of my life. I didn't realize it, but I was slowly closing my eyes and falling asleep in her arms.

14:02 PM / KYH

I felt light movement next to me and saw Minji opening her slightly puffy eyes and looking at me with her still sleepy eyes. I smiled at her and she immediately snuggled up again and buried her head in the crook of my armpit like a little kid.

"Did you sleep well?"

"Mhm.. I'm sorry if you were uncomfortable."

"I wasn't, don't worry. The nurses saw you sleeping and didn't even get to check me up."

"Hngh~ You should've waken me up then!"

I laughed at her muffled whiney voice and pat her back. She slowly got up from the bed and stretched while jumping around like a bunny. She then suddenly turned to look at me and held her hand out infront of my face.

"Can you walk?"

"I'm not sure, should I try?"

"I'll catch you if you stumble, so don't worry about that."

I held her hand and wiggled my feet before stepping on the cold ground with my bare feet. I managed to stand up, but immediately felt weak and sat back down. I shook my head at Minji, but she insisted that I should try again. I hesitantly got up again and stood in place without moving at all. I was staring at the ground and saw Minji wave her hand infront of my face to get my attention.

"Don't look down. Look at me."

"I don't think I can do it.."

"Yes you can baby, look at me and only me, okay? Just me."

I then got a flashback of that night where I fought with Yunjin and remembered her saying something like that.. I gulped and only looked at her and made a single step forward. And another step. And I was walking around the room with Minji supporting me from the side.

"See? It wasn't as hard as you thought."

"I never thought walking would be that scary.."

"I'll let go of you now so try to walk around by yourself. I'll stand right behind you."

She slowly let go of my hand I made a step forward myself. I heard her clap and praise me, but I felt the worry in her voice when I suddenly stopped. I turned to face her with a smile.

"Can you catch me?"

"Wait wh-"
