"Next up is everyone's favorite, Kim Yoohyeon!"

After they announced my name, I heard familiar voices of other guitarists and visitors chanting and most importantly, I heard Minji's cheers. I got on stage and sat down on the chair that was in the middle. One of the backstage workers quickly put a microphone infront of me and ran back while nodding for good luck. I saw Minji's flabbergasted expression when she noticed that I would be singing and that gave me a bit of confidence. I'll show you just how amazing of a coach you have, Kim Minji.

When I was done with the song everyone started clapping and cheering. Some were even whistling and shouting my name. I might be shy and silent in school, but when I'm on stage, I feel so confident and comfortable, as if I was born to be here. I hope you're proud of me mom and dad.

As I watched everyone clap and cheer, I noticed that Minji was nowhere to be seen. Where could she have gone off to? I was worried for a moment and thought she could've not liked the performance and went outside.

But suddenly, the pub's door got opened and I swear time slowed down for me. I saw a panting Minji with a bouquet of lavender colored roses and she quickly ran towards the front and handed it to me from below. Did she run to buy me flowers? I happily took them and she clapped loudly while cheering my name, starting an even longer chain of chanting with the people inside the pub.

"You were incredible Yoohyeon, I absolutely loved it."

She.. loved it? I kneeled on the stage and pulled her in a hug right there, infront of everyone without a second thought. I heard cheers from people all around and so many girls squealing. I felt a bit embarrassed so I buried my face in the crook of Minji's neck. I couldn't hear anything other than her heartbeat, but I wasn't sure if it was hers or mine. She got up on the stage with me and turned us around while waving at the crowd and slowly pulled us towards the backstage, carefully so we wouldn't fall, still not letting go of the hug.

When we were backstage, she pulled out the hug and let out dramatic gasp. I had the biggest smile on my face and she just kept on trying to say stuff but going back and forth in circles out of excitement.

"Are you serious right now!? I had no idea you could sing!"

"The more you know, I guess?"

She laughed and hugged me while hopping like a little kid. I never thought I'd feel so happy getting hugged by the person who I hated exactly a month ago. Now I don't think I could ever hate someone as nice and sweet as her. She definitely changed the way I used to see her in such small amount of time and I'm really glad she did it. I'm happy you found my notebook Minji. I'm glad we became friends...
