Chapter 51.5: Run to You

"Hahahahaha What a weird family!" Ashley laugh, she even have her both arms on her stomach while laughing

"Are you done?" I said and sit at my chair

"Yup. But you know I'm kinda jealous." She said

"Why is that?" I asked

"Nothing. Hurry I can't wait to watch this." Ashley said and pulls me up from my chair. I set up my computer on the projector and put Ashley's CD on my laptop.

As the CD plays I cover the windows with the curtains and the film started. We watch it in the wall where it is projected. We just sit on my bed while watching.

"NaLu?" I asked because that flashes on the screen

"Shhh.. it's starting."

[Ashley Production...presents.....Moments with you]

"What is this??" O.O my eyes grew wide

"Just watch! Damn it! It's just a music video."

I jaw drop as I saw the main video of this MV. I look at Ashley and her eyes are sparkling like diamonds in excitement. I heard a cricking sound by the door and saw Dad, Romeo and Happy peeking inside. I get up towards them.

"Hey get out Dad. This film will ruin my reputation." I said trying to close the door but they are pushing it to open.

"Hey buddy, what's wrong?" Ashley said and walk towards me. This is bad she saw them.

"Let them in." She pushes me away and let the three in my room. They jump on my bed and look at the video. Agghhhhhhh this is really embarrassing! Damn you Ashley! Why did you do such thing?!

"Let's play it again!" she said and replay the video. I buried my face in my pillow.

"Ooohhh! I think I know where this is going!" Dad said excited as much as Ashley

My face is burning up with embarrassment now.

The video flashes Lucy and I under the coconut tree in Okinawa. It is the time when Lucy is sleeping and I approach her and take one of her earphone. Then when I sing and she also demonstrates. I wonder who took this video.

"Virgo and Caprico. If you are wondering who took this shot." She said. Everyone's a mind reader now.

Then the next scene was when we are playing volleyball at the beach. It also captures when Erza hit me with the ball in the face and I got a nosebleed and Lucy came to help me and she looks very concerned to me. Then when we swim at the beach, I am splashing some water to Lucy and she also did the same thing. I look at Ashley again and she points out to herself. I guess she is the one that tape this scene.

My eyes from this point didn't leave the screen/wall because as I watch it, my heart is beating so fast. I don't know why but I get to feel butterflies on my stomach.

I was running with Lucy here at the beach. I am casing her because she ruined the sand castle I've made. And I just want to punish her for that by pressing my fist on her head. But as I look at this video, it is in slow motion and we both looked very happy together. Then when I catch her on her back, I pull her up and spin her. This is more like a romantic scene in a movie because of the slow motion effect.

Then it flashes on a different scene, it is when Lucy and I made the promise at night in the beach, the time we made our pinky promise. Then a new scene was flashed, it is when Lucy and I reconciled. Lucy hugged me and gave me the amulet of my mother.

Then this scene is when we perform in the singing contest. We are both singing together and when we lean our foreheads together, my heart skip a beat. I just can't believe that Ashley film everything that happened to us.

This scene now is during our practice at the music room. When we have our campfire, when I met Sting and I am all jealous of her cousin, and even the test of courage. But what captures me the most is the last part of the MV. It is when Lucy is sleeping on my arm and I stare at her and touch her face. The thing I said to her back then was the last words on the MV.

[Your sudden smiles always surprise me. They're interesting, but dangerous enough to make my heart race.]

The MV ended and I just stare at the wall for seconds and my heart is still beating so fast that I can hardly breathe.

"Wow that was a great film Ashley! Make sure to give me a copy huh!" I heard Dad said

"Hai."

"Alright you kid let's go." He said and went out my room

"Thank you." I said

"Huh what for?"

"For being my friend." I said and give Ashley a hug

"This is nothing. I just want to catch up with the things I haven't done for my sister. And I choose you to be with my sister because I know that you will love her as much as I love my sister. I know that your love is sincere for my sister and I can see that in your eyes. That's why I am helping you to get her and because I am your best buddy right?" she said and smiles at me

"Yeah. Even though you're a thug, you still have a soft side huh." I said

"S-Shut up!" she said and blush a bit.

"So are you going to let Loke court you or not?" I teased

"Hey who told you that?"

"No one. Just asking."

"That's none of your business. I'm going home! I think they already went home also. Besides I need to go somewhere with Lucy tomorrow. " She said and I accompany her outside and she walk herself home.
