Part 3 - The Truth, Crushes, and Other Things that are Scary

Captain: Oh, that's good. (They talk.)

Captain: Now, while I'm glad to see that all of you are okay and that you saved Rosie and Emerald, I have to ask- (He looks down.)

Captain: Callie... Marie... are they- are my granddaughters- (He's worried.)

Coral: I-I'm sorry, sir. They were caught.

Captain: *sigh* (Coral shrinks back.)

Captain: Well, we can get them back along with everyone else. This happened to Agent 3 before. We've just got to knock some sense back into everyone! It might be hard, but-

Pearl: Heya, Cap'n... (They talk.)

Pearl: This isn't like what happened to Agent 3. They're fully green like the Sanitized Octolings. I don't think beating 'em up is gonna do any good. (She speaksl.)

Captain: Oh dear...

Coral: But it'll be fine! Everything will be! Maybe things are a bit different than last time you fought the Sanitized Octarians, but we got this! And V can help! (They all glance at V.)

V: Well, I mean, I can try, but I can't guarantee anything.

Coral: That's fine! As long as we've got some sort of idea of what we're dealing with, we can do it! We always do! So tell us what we should know! (Coral comes up to V.)

V: Well, first off, you gotta know Micki and Nicki. They're sorta in charge of the whole thing. (He's a bit red-faced, but keeps talking.)

V: But you don't really need to worry about Micki. When it comes to actual fighting, she's really just annoying. She doesn't take pride in hurting people or likes to break the rules the way her half-sister does. And Micki is terrible at physical fighting. Really, she only has the life of a bad guy because she wants to stay with Nicki.

Coral: So what about Nicki? (They talk.)

V: Well, if you get on her bad side, which we all already have, you don't really want to mess with her. She's aggressive and doesn't care if she's fighting fair or not. She's a lot better at fighting than Micki. She actually used to be an Elite Octoling. Micki was, too, but only because she refused to be separated from Nicki. (He speaks.)

Brooke: So... how do you all this stuff about them? I'm sorry, but it's just really weird that you seem to be close to Micki and Nicki.

V: Oh, no, it's not like that. I've had to run from them a lot. Each for their own... separate reasons. They hate me as much as they hate you. [whispered] Well, at least Nicki does. (Brooke looks suspiciously at V.)

Brooke: Well, sorry for being the skeptical one here, but how can we know you're telling us the truth? You haven't shown us your face or told us your real name. It sounds to me like you're hiding something. (She talks.)

V: Well, I-

Coral: He's not hiding his whole face! We do that sometimes, too! It's normal! Besides, V is his actual name! It's not a fake name or anything! It's cool, right? (V appears nervous, but Coral defends him.)

(Brooke still looks skeptical.)

Brooke: Fine. I guess it's cool. Is there anything else we should know? (She shrugs.)

Sound effect: Tink tink tink tink

V: Not really about them, but I've got a few things that might be able to help all of your friends get back to normal. (He spills some of the small tubes out of his bag.)

Emerald: Oooh, colorful!

Pearl: What are they? (Emerald picks up a tube and studies the colored liquid inside.)
