Part 2- Green People, Old Libraries, and Other Signs of the End of the World

Brooke: Coral! Leave her!

Coral: But-

Brooke: Now! Let's go! (She grabs Coral and yanks her to a motorcycle.)

(They avoid shots as they start to drive away.)

(They drive out of the garage. Rosie sits with Coral while Emerald sits with Brooke.)

Sound effect: ZOOM! (They drive out into the snow.)

Micki: Oh, looks like they got away! v( '.' )v

Nicki: Not yet. I'm not letting them get away. Marie, snipe them! (They stand at the edge of the garage.)

(Marie aims.)

(She shoots a few times at Coral and Brooke but misses.)

(Coral and Brooke escape.)

Nicki: SHRIMP!

Micki: What?! And language, Nicki, language! ლ(╹◡╹ლ)

Nicki: Marie's nowhere near as good of a shot like this! She let Coral and Brooke get away! (Nicki's really mad.)

Nicki: We can't let them escape. Go after them. (She turns to leave.)

Brooke: Are they following us?

Coral: I don't see them! (Coral looks back.)

(She sees many of the sanitized agents.)

(She looks sad.)

Brooke: Keep your eyes on the road, Coral. We can't help them. We've got to get to Pearl's to see if she's okay. Maybe she can also help us. (They keep driving.)

(Rosie looks back sadly.)

(The sanitized watch as they go.)

Sound effect: Ding~dong! Ding~dong! Ding~dong!

Coral: Pearl! Pearl! Pearl! Please answer the door! (She bangs on the door and aggressively rings the doorbell.)

Pearl: Ugghhhhhh... I'm coming. Please stop, it's the middle of the night! (She approaches the door.)

Pearl: What?! (She opens the door, very annoyed.)

Coral: Oh, you're okay! Whew!

Pearl: Wait, what's goin' on? (They walk inside hurriedly. Brooke grabs Pearl and practically drags her in.)

Brooke: There was an attack at the apartment. We're the only ones who escaped.

Coral: You make that sound like everyone died! They're still alive! At least, I think they are! (They speak.)

Brooke: Anyway, we came here to see if you were okay. Also, the motorcycles we used were practically out of gas. Pearl, we could use your help. Everyone's been taken down. (She talks in Pearl's face.)

Pearl: *yawn* Yeah, uh-huh, right. Like that could ever happen. (She yawns, still annoyed.)

Coral: But it did happen!

Brooke: Look, Marina mentioned things called "Sanitized Octarians." Whatever they are, they turned EVERYONE green! Everyone but us! (They're still frantic.)

Pearl:* (She looks surprised and more awake. She's also pretty startled.)

Pearl: Lemme get some coffee and my guns. This might actually be serious. (She gets up. Through the windows, the sanitized agents are stalking. Only Rosie notices them.)

Sound effect: CRASH!

Rosie: Look out! (She yells as the agents break in.)

Pearl: Ohhh... carp! All of them are green!
