POV: Kota
Something was definitely wrong. Luke and Sang were no where to be found. What was going on now? I sighed sitting down at my seat and instantly pulled out my phone my fingers moving rapidly scanning for messages before sending a few to Mr. Blackbourne.
Kota: Mr. Blackbourne where is Sang and Luke?
I paused waiting. Hearing shuffling, I glanced up to find an exhausted Gabriel looking at me as he took his seat with a groan.
"I fucking hate this school." He rubbed his eyes exhausted and I glanced back down at my phone. Still nothing. Glancing back to Gabriel his eyes met mine with confusion.
"What's up?" He shifted up in his seat glancing at my phone. I shook my head touching it slightly still waiting for a message but nothing.
"Mr. B isn't messaging me back..." I responded and I glanced up at the time. He should be in his office right now.
"Hey where is Luke and Trouble?" Gabriel shifted and I glanced around the room. The bell rang signaling that people were late for class if they weren't in the classroom. My eyes met Mrs. Johnson's as she entered the room but my concentration was else where.
Minutes ticked by and still radio silence. Gabriel was tapping his foot with nervousness as he focused on the door. The period moved on and nothing. Tucking my phone under my textbook I sent out a group message.
Kota: Check in now!
Instantly my phone started to vibrate and I watched the screen carefully.
Silas: Here. Something wrong?
Nathan: Here.
North: Fucking asleep in Spanish but here.
Victor: Asleep in bed.
Gabriel: Next to you.
I waited another three minutes before glancing down at my phone. Nothing. No response and no check in. Something was wrong. I glanced over to Gabriel who looked just as worried.
Kota: Has anyone heard from Mr. Blackbourne, Dr. Green, Sang, or Luke in the past half-hour.
Pausing I waited nervously and glanced up making sure Mrs. Johnson hadn't turned around just yet from her lecture about Shakespeare.
North: What the fuck hell do you mean?! Baby and Luke are supposed to be with you.
Silas: Kota what is going on. Are they not with you?
Victor: What?!
