[Hey Lads and Lasses! 90k reads!!! Cheers for everything so far. Keep at it, any suggestions feel free to comment here as it'll probs help inspire more filler chapters 😂]

[- Pringles out!]

"Alright girls and guardian!" Announced Artemis, gaining everyone's attention around the campfire. "We're going to visit Camp-"

This was interrupted by a collective of groans.

"...-Jupiter." Artemis finished. This was followed by even more groans.

"Romans?" I asked aloud. This received less glares as usual as it seemed the younger/newer hunters also wanted to ask, and I watched the small wave of relief wash over them after I spoke.

Artemis nodded. "Yes guardian, Romans. Didn't know?"

"Kinda. Just rumours of a western settlement, strange questers, and more recently "legion marches east" was a bit disturbing." I answered.

"And it was. Until recently, the Roman half of our pantheon was segregated from our Greek side, as both sides tended to fight in brutal battle with eachother. We were fortunate the previous summer that this didn't occur and instead a union was formed." She lectured to us.

"The visit will be brief, you are seeing how repairs are finalising. Nothing important should happen. If you have any questions, feel free to ask former-praetor Reyna."

This was followed by Reyna giving a small wave for the newer hunters who didn't know her yet.

[What do you mean I haven't mentioned ye in ages?...it's from my perspective, I-.... Hey, it's not me fault if you're on the other side of the battle from me!]

"Okay Hunters, move out!" Artemis ordered as everyone rushed off to pack up the tents. I also left and went to pack my own.

It took the hunters five minutes to pack up the entire camp and cover their traces.

It took me ten because I still don't have a fancy magical folding tent.

After a couple glares for my "tardiness", we were off. The marching order was the same. The wolves and couple scouts, the main group with Artemis, then the newer recruits with me as a rearguard. The only difference was Reyna hanging back to answer any question the new hunters may have about the Roman camp.

Isla was practically skipping. "Ooo im so excited! I wonder what this other camp is like!"

*Probably like Camp Half-Blood* signed Janina

"Aye, like Camp but I'd bet there's more of a stone wall there instead of a magic barrier. Show off the military engineering side of it." I replied aloud, giving the other two the jist of what Janina said. We've tried teaching them but they're still rusty.

They nodded in agreement, though I noticed Chelsea seemed a bit distracted.

"Hey Chelsea, ya alreet?" I asked.

She looked at me, as if being pulled out of deep thought. "Hm? Oh, yeah. Sorry, I've just got something on my mind."

"Something other than the Camp Jupiter visit?"

"Yeah...remember the night we attacked the monster camp?"

I nodded. "Kinda hard not to, lass." I joke, pointing to my left eye.

"Well, I was thinking... when you gave your non-specific dramatic signal..." she chuckled. "...my group made our way across the clearing to the gate, but...what happened with the archer teams?"
