CHAPTER 24

"When did you met her?" Tanong ko sa kan'ya habang nasa loob ng sasakyan. He took a glance of me before ibalik ang tingin sa daan.

"She a friend from US."

"Ano ang ginawa niya dito?" medyo naiirta kung tanong.

I heard him chuckled amusedly and tried to reach my hand but before he could take it my already crossed my arms.

"Damn it." He muttered when he can't reach my hand.

"She transfered because her parents are here. I didn't know, until she show up on the library." He said still looking forward and reaching my hand. I tried to hide my smile because he look so cute. I sighed and give him my hand. Agad niya iyong hinalikan.

"Are you jealous, hmm? Do you want me to avoid her?" He asked gently with caressing my hand. It was a tempting questions but no. She's a friend he said. And I don't have a right to blocked her. No until we get official together.

"No. It's fine."

"I doubt it." He said teasingly kaya pabiro kung kunin ang kamay sa pagkakahawak niya. He laughed and didn't let go. I watched him warmly and remembered how desperate am I for him  months ago.

I don't even remember how many time I confessed to him, how many time he rejected me. I was so crazy that time, until now of course. I never thought he'll be the one who understands my attitude for a person like him who look like na malamig ang ugali noon.

Khyro feels home. He is like my comfort zone now... I don't know when I started to feel that his hug is all I need to take all the pressure I felt. The rest I feel everytime his arm was sneaked on my waist. I'm always feel secure when he held my hands like this. I smiled genuinely and looked away. Sana ganito na lang palagi... Sana.

Hinatid ako ni Khyro sa bahay at sinabing susunduin ako bukas para sa date namin. I was excited that I was having hard time finding a perfect dress for me. I asked him where are we going but he didn't told me, kaya hindi ko alam ang susuotin.

Kinabukasan, maagang umalis si Dad at Wendy kasama ang anak niya. Palagi silang sumasama kay Dad ewan ko ba parang linta 'tong si Wendy eh, akala siguro magloloko ang minamahal niya. Tsk.

It's already 10am and I told manang I'm going somewhere and take care Avi for me, Avi's on the backyard playing dahil wala ang mga kontrabida sa bahay kaya makakalaro ito ng malaya.

I wore light-brown botton down pluffy sleeves dress, na hanggang sa ilalim ng tuhod ko. It's a square neckline style kaya lantad ang collarbone ko. I wore silver necklace plus earrings and wrist watch. I curled my short hair and put a light make up too.

I look... Good! Wow, it's the most simplest OOTD I wore. I also wore my nude sandals na hindi ganon ka taas ang heels. Kinuha ko ang puting Versace sling bag ko at bumaba na.

Nakasalubong ko si Avi na sobrang dugyot na ang mukha. I laughed at her and she pouted.

"Ate, san ka punta?"

"I'm going on a date. Do you me to buy you something?" I answered honestly habang inaayos ang buhok niya. My phone vibrate at may hinala na ako kung sino ang nagtext.

"Yes, Ate. Wait lang ililista ko po." She giggled and run papunta sa kwarto niya.

"I'll wait outside!" Pahabol ko. Kinuha ko ang cellphone habang naglalakad palabas.

I immediately saw his text messages.
