"You know you didn't have to walk me home." I say with a chuckle,

"Just for your safety. I can't lose you like that again." I blush at Jim's words, making him realize,

"W-What I mean is- You know. We can't risk you getting into the hands of one of them." Jim looks into my eyes, as I just stand there.

"R-Right." I stammer. As we walked getting closer to my street, Jim broke the silence.

"How's your stomach? Still in pain?"

"Not anymore. I don't know how still, but he has some sort of control over me."

"A-And I don't know how to deal with it. You guys need me by your side to fight- and I'm just an asset to Angor, that he can use to get you guys to him." I sigh, hugging myself until Jim cuts off in front of me.

"Y/N. Please don't blame yourself. You didn't know this was going to happen, and you tried to stop him. All that matters is that you're okay right now, and we have you. We'll find a way to break this curse that Angor has against you. I'll make sure of it." Jim says, cupping my cheeks as I look into his blue orbs,

"But what if-"

"I'll make sure of it." Jim restates in a tone.

Right then and there just felt so right. Where it was just the two of us under the moonlight. His eyes just couldn't keep me away from them, only an endless loop that wanted me to stare at them forever.

I feel Jim tuck a hair behind my ear, making me smile. We both lean in, as I start to rise on my tippy toes.

Both of our lips collided slowly, savoring the moment that we hoped would last forever. The sensation was warm and sweet, nothing that I'd never experienced before.

I Pull the boy's hair, bringing him in closer, as he pulls me in with his hand on my hip. I wish this moment could last forever. As we both start to depart our lips, I look into the boy's eyes. Jim gives me a sweet smile. Our hands still holding onto each other.

Jim then lightly kisses the knuckle of my hand, making me blush. Jim chuckles,

"You've always been so cute," Jim says. Oh, my, gosh, he's going to be the death of me. I swear I'm going to pass out-

"Have you always been such a gentleman?" I say blushing,

"For you, yes." Jim smiles. But as we were in the moment, I realized we were already in front of my house. I cough lightly,

"Oh- well, we're here!" I plant a quick kiss on the boy's lips, "I'll see you tomorrow Lake." I say as I quickly walk to my door. I turn around to see Jim smile.

"Rest well, Y/N." Jim waves, as I smile blushing. I close the door and rest my back against the door.

"I'd guess that felt like a scene in a movie?" My mom says chuckling, out of the blue.

"H-How long were you watching?"

"Uhm, pretty much since the beginning." Oh. my. Gosh. "Aw! My baby is all grown up!" My mom exclaims as she hugs me tightly,

"M-Mom- can't breathe!" I say blushing,

"Whoops! Sorry sweetie, it's just- you've grown." My mom says wiping a tear, I chuckle,

"Oh come on mom, It was just a kiss. I'm not really his girlfriend..."

"Sweetie! You can't just say 'it was just a kiss', You both obviously like each other! Oh, I can't wait for my grandchildren!"

"Mom!" I exclaim with a red face.

"What?" My mom smirks,

"I'm heading upstairs." I groan,
