A few years had passed since the announcement of Daemon and I and now Rhaenyra was married to Laenor Verlaryon

Which had happened the day after Daemon had told all we were to wed,

Today, now we were sitting watching another Tournament as I sat 'the queen who never was'
also known to me as a spirt guide as she aided me when I came here along with Queen Aemma of course, Princess Rhaenys Targaryen, my aunt.

"I was deeply sorry to hear of the loss of your Mama, Daphne" she uttered breaking the silence I gave her a small smile before we watched onward at the game

Rhaenyra's sons had ran to me all laughing noticing I was back, Daemon had left back to Dragonstone after Rhaenyras wedding and had sent word that I was not to follow him

I fear we are over.

I glanced up at my friend "Hello Princess" I smiled

"Hello Daphne" she had smiled back before touching her arching back I quickly stood up and gave her my seat and knelt next to the boys who cheered as my dragon flew through the sky, Saphia followed Rhaegal

"You have two dragons?" They asked I nodded as we noticed the king enter Alicent and Otto following, the king and Alicent had a face of no good news

"Daphne" The king called

"I will be right back" I told the boys with a smile before standing up and walking to the king, joined by Rhaenyra soon after

We walked throw the halls until we stopped

"What is the matter?" I asked with a puzzled look

"Daemon has" Alicent paused and took a breath

Don't be dead.

"Daemon has taken a wife" Viserys told me I laughed

"I thought something was amiss" I smiled and turned to return to the young prince's

"No Daph I'm afraid" Viserys began I turned back to him "He had taken a wife a few moons after he announced you both were to wed"

"What? He wouldn't have done that" I felt tears filtering my eyes

"Who?" Rhaenyra asked

"Laena Velaryon" Viserys said quietly "I am sorry Daphne" his voice broke as I looked up at him tears now following freely

By the gods let him die.

"He- he lied" I uttered as Rhaenyra hugged me tightly then was joined by Alicent
